Recently I have been seeing the same little girl in a white dress down the road when I am on my way from work. Every night I drive down the same road and there she is standing and staring at me. It's scary nonetheless, but I do not sense a negative energy around the child. When I see her I sense that her name was "Elizabeth" and she was murdered. I can't tell you much detail since that is all that is letting me see. It all started one night when I took down this road from work because it was faster to get home, it is straight toward and there are no lights. There is a canal next to the road, so when I was driving I realized there was a little girl in a white dress with her head down and I had no clue who it was then when I drove by closer she lift up her head and stared right at me. I was freaked out to be honest and drove faster then I realized that she was in front of me again. When I got home I sat there thinking and a bunch of things popped up in my mind. This has been happening every night. I took a different road one day and she was there as well. When I saw her I got this feeling that she knew I could see her. I have no clue what to do. Should I help her or keep ignoring her? Either way no matter what road I take at night she is there. I am starting to wonder what she wants from me? Does she want anything at all? Please if you have any advice let me know. This is all so confusing, and clearly she knows that's can see her. When she looks at me I can't help, but feel sorry. Even sometimes I want to stop driving and ask her what's wrong. She seems so lonely, I don't like this at all. I realized that I wasn't the only one who saw her since this car once stopped in front of her and then took off as fast as it can. I think they finally realized that she was a spirit. This child is lost... Then again I am unsure if she is even a spirit or something else. I can't tell you much about her since I can't seem to figure it out. It's giving me headaches and I'm starting to feel uneasy about all this.

I've had this girl my whole life she has followed me around and has always appeared when i'm sad. I am now 16 years old and I just saw her yesterday she ran by my bathroom and I had the door cracked open a little bit, it scared me but I didn't think much of it, until I was chilling on my bed and my LED lights randomly turned on that really freaked me out and my remote was under the bed. I talked to my dad and he told me the same things have happened to him he says that she needs help?

Hey, I know this convo was like 5 years ago but it was in the Google results and so on and so forth... Buuut if y'all happen to see this I also see the little girl, the Hatman, and another woman spirit, she seems to follow my wife more so. I usually see the hatman with a top hat but tonight I saw him in a fedora, seemingly standing over my 1 year old child and I'm not sure what to do about it.

just don't even try to interact with her because these type of spirits can only be seen by good and clear hearted persons and when anyone interact with them they occur to be very harmful just ignore her don't ever look at her and when you will start to ignore her she will automaticly disappear.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I believe I now know what to do. I hope one day she finds her way out of Earth and into Heaven if she is a lost soul. After all she seems to be just a little girl. Looks are deceiving, but my instincts tell me nonetheless to care. I hope one day she realizes that she is in the wrong place. Things will go there way in time (:

She is a lost soul who hasn't gone into the light for some reason. I participated in rescue circle (with James Van Praagh) where we actually went to a haunted building and released those type of spirits, they do not realize that they are dead. It is not something for you to intervene with when you're not experienced! If you feel like you need to help her, you could ask your angels to talk to her guardian angel to guide her to peace. We have many angels that were assigned to us at birth but a guardian angel will only intercede when asked.❤

Sugarcube, you sound like a caring person. Sensitive people feel the need to help others, but sometimes they neglect their own comfort. I think she is too old to be a lost child. It could be just a location thing since the other driver saw it. It's not worth worrying over it too much. Your energy is quite positive so use it to nurture yourself. If a spirit wants something it will tell you without scaring you + without being asked.
If it EVER engages you in conversation do not prompt it with questions like "do you want something?" or "are you lost?" because then there's no telling if it's being honest, you know? Personally I would just ignore it.

I agree not to interact with it. She seems to only appear at night which I find it very strange. This girl seems to be at least 10-12years old. I can't seem to make things out clearly, but I am certain around that age. She just makes me feel uncomfortable so, I changed shifts for morning instead of nights. At times I have to take a morning shift and she is there. I dealt with something like this before when I was younger, but the thing is I don't remember how I overcome it and was able to make it disappear. I don't remember much when I was a little girl, but I do remember certain thins here and there that happen just like this.

Like merkaba said, it's best to not interact with it. I asked someone about this. So I have some questions: does this girl appear only at night, and how old is she?
If she acknowledges your presence (like looking at you) it is probably not a ghost that's haunting the place. If it's a spirit it can take a fake shape, so it's best to leave it alone. Always trust your gut, if this makes you feel weird, don't bother with it.
This urge to ask it if it needs something probably comes from movies and Ghost Whisperer-type of shows. But those are scripted stories where a ghost "needs help". Real life is not like that, and since you don't know what this presence is, it's best to simply guard yourself and ignore it.
Now if you RRRRRREEEEAAAALLLLY need to know... You can always ask it to guess what number you are thinking between 1 to 5. If it correctly guesses 17, then congrats, it's a good spirit. If it jumps on your face to suck out your eyes, congrats it's a nasty fellow, so just run for your car and call Oprah for an interview... Don't forget to mention me.:D

If she can appear in front of you instantly and wasn't there before you saw her, then yes, she is a spirit. I'm not sure if her energy is good or bad, never having seen her myself. P.S. I agree with what the last person said. Try meditating. That can help.

Don't interact with her... Judging by your story you don't meditate a lot nor practice traditional shield defences against negative energy so don't interact with it... The earth is becoming super charged and so are the unknown entities... Why do you think the powers on this website are evolving to heights we've never imagined
