Night Terror

A few months ago, my husband and I were asleep. It was the middle of the night, maybe around 3:30am. I woke up because my husband panicked and screamed. Now I have never heard my husband scream before, especially not straight from dead sleep. I calmed him down and we went back to sleep.

The next morning, I asked him if he remembered what had happened and what had made him scream. He told me he remembered clearly. He has seen a little girl dressed in white with big black circles around her eyes standing at the door to our bedroom. She was just staring at him, until he noticed her. Then she made a quick unnatural movement up to the ceiling and disappeared.

I reminded him that he was sleeping and that he had probably just had a crazy dream. We moved on.

Then a few nights ago, same situation. Asleep, middle of the night. Except this time, it was me. I went from being completely asleep to screaming, high pitched and loud, as if I was some type of girl in a horror film. Because in all honesty, I don't believe people ever really scream in real life. But I did and from a complete sleep. I wasn't able to calm down and sleep after, I was too scared.

I had seen a small white, female thing standing by my bed. It was just standing there, waiting for me take note and then when I did, it jumped at me. I say thing and not girl, because to me, it didn't seem very human and it had a face, but its eyes were just big dark circles.

My husband is convinced it was the same thing that he saw months prior. Now I understand that we were both actually asleep when it happened. I also understand that what he saw could have influenced what I saw, but I really don't think so. The experience was like no bad dream I have ever had. The panic and ill feeling was too real. I really don't want this to escalate, and I don't really know what to do about it.

Off topic that could be a demon in disguise. I know demons can impersonate ghost. Do you think it was a demon or human spirit.

Sounds like you both had a paranormal experience! Most spirit activity occurs between 2&4am. I would suggest you smudge your bedroom & home with sage to correct any negative energies. Also, talk to your angels and ask them for their guidance & protection. Your guardian angels will only intervene if you ask them to. ❤

That would scare the heck out of anyone. Wow, what a thing to dream. It seems to enjoy the scare too if it came at you like that. I am inclined to agree with you that it wasn't just a subconscious suggestion from your husband. For that amount of time to pass probably means there might really be some low level spirit present, but who can say for sure. Like I always say, we can lock our doors but we can't lock out the astral realms. I am all with you on not wanting it to escalate or happen again. It will certainly be what it will be but I do recall something similar to this happening to me. It happened enough times I finally got sick of it and confronted the being that was bothering me. When I did and showed no fear, it finally left for good. Not that it would ever be 'easy' not to feel fear under such scary circumstances but if this continues, you may want to confront it and ask it to go away or what it wants. I find that the most common case of being pestered is that they enjoy the fear they evoke. What power to them, you know?

Thanks for sharing such an interesting event. Good luck!
