Psychic Mix Or Match?

Since I was six years old (to my knowledge at least) I've been able to see the future. I would also have higher understandings. For example, when my family were out to visit another family that I've never met or knew of before, I knew what their house looked like and where it was. Then last summer a good friend of mine got lost. I could feel her panic and I followed it to where she was and found her, and confessed to her about how I found her. When the school year started afterwards, I was forced into doing astral projection but I haven't been able to do it since.

For a while now my empathic abilities had started to develop to the point where I can use it consciously. Sometimes I can even find people that I know, or use it on people I don't know. So for all this time, I thought I was just an empath who also had strong future sight. Then one day when I was babysitting, I had let the kids play videogames for an hour. There was a power up that floated around the screen in their game. And I had moved it around, unconsciously at first, around the screen. When I realized what I was doing, I tried it again and it had worked. All this time I had thought I was just an empath, and here I was moving something with my mind. After several weeks of trying this on physical objects, I've ever been able to. I could feel a force I exerted, but it was never stronger than the Earth's gravity to lift something, or more so than an object's mass just to move it.

I knew that my mom was an empath too but she wasn't as strong in it as I was. But she never had any telepathic abilities, and neither did her relatives. My question is then, is it possible to be a mutt of psychic abilities? And if so, is it more likely that I can be strong in every one of them or only one or two?

Don't know that I have an answer for that, in the same sense that I don't have an answer for why I get headaches an hour before a thunderstorm rolls through.

The opinions on it will be different depending on who you go to - doctors will say you have a medical condition, psychologists will say it's only mental. Believers in the "I'm an [element here]-bender" will tell you something completely different than me.

I say this bit of zen wisdom for your and my cases: One does not need to see the sun rise to know it has risen. In other words, it could be that your body is just detecting the change in moon cycles, the same way that my body detects the barometric pressure changes that occur before the storm, or how animals can detect an earthquake before one happens. Doesn't mean that you share a bond with an element, just that you are perceiving something most don't (if that made any sense).

Just on January, 3rd, 2014th I was sleeping and all of a sudden I do not know if it was a dream or what but it felt like I woke and fell off the couch to turn the light on in the dark. The crazy thing is that the Christmas lights were on but I do not think I saw the reflection on the wall. So it could be lucid dreaming or out of body experience right?

One more question, then. If people aren't element oriented, then why do I feel so weak and sick every new moon, and powerful and healthy during full moons?

One of the things that you can try telekinesis-wise is creating a psi-wheel (there are several tutorials on how these are made floating around - I'd post a link, but I'm pretty sure there's a policy on here).

The difference is, you want to test with the psi-wheel underneath a plastic or glass container on a flat surface, as people tend to hold their hands close to the wheel, which actually generates heat (which the wheel will respond to). The other way to test, which might be more practical is setting the psi-wheel out of your breath range (in other words, if you take a deep breath, and let it out in the direction of the psi-wheel, and it doesn't move the wheel, then leave it there. If it does move the wheel, move it further away).

And this might seem rude, but the whole "connection to element x" is a little bit of a misnomer, as your body contains all the elements - only heard people referring to themselves in that light when Avatar was on. More to the point, technically manipulation of the elements doesn't require you to have an affinity to it - Your chances of influencing a candle flame are the exact same as moving a pencil. It just depends on where your focus is.

PS: The terms, in case you go looking elsewhere, are pyrokinesis (for fire, or heat), cryokinesis (for cold, or lack of heat), telekinesis (moving objects), biokinesis (influencing anything living).

Notice I didn't list a "aquakinesis" or "aerokinesis" - Out of all the -kinesis abilities, the ones mentioned in the PS are relatively easy to test, and to prove. There's just too much interference possible for the two mentioned above.

And also, what advice could you give to help develop my telekinesis?

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. My abilities have been becoming less strong, too and now I know what to do. I've been trying to keep my aura as pure as possible, and when I do I find my third eye to be practically buzzing. In sealed rooms I find that I can only create a very slight breeze, but it still amazes me nonetheless. Again, thank you so much. I really appreciate your help. I might also ask, I know I am of wind element, but I also find a connection to both water and fire. I know now that multiple abilities is possible, but what about elements? Especially when you have a connection to both opposing ones?

Thank you,
E

1. Yes, you can have multiple abilities.

2. In theory, there's no limit as to how many abilities you can master. However, I wouldn't advise working with all of them - My advice would be to pick three areas at most that you want to work with.

For example: I'm an empath and clairvoyant naturally, but my main focus is astral projection. On occasion, I do dabble with psychokinesis, but it's more of a hobby, rather than an interest.

In your case, my recommendation would be to focus on psychokinesis (telekinesis is the new term), and focus on writing down your premonitions.

3. Chances are, you won't be able to do things like you see in comic books, movies, or anime. For example, the tornadoes around you might have seemed to come from you, but I will bet that this took place in some spot where a breeze could have theoretically picked up - now, repeat in something like your bedroom, with the windows and door closed, and this would most likely indicate that it came from you.

The most I have ever heard someone able to do was cause a pocketknife to levitate, the most I've witnessed was me moving a psi-wheel one full turn.

However, I can control the weather too - ever wonder why Michigan has no hurricanes? (If you didn't guess, I'm kidding).

4. It will take time and dedication to be defined as "strong" - I didn't get to where I am now with astral projection in a day. It took me every night for the past probably 7 years, and countless failed attempts to be able to have a conscious projection each month. Tell you though, when it happens, and you know that it was you that caused it, the feeling is amazing.

5. Try to keep you intentions positive when working with the ability. For example, putting a thought into a person's mind to be your significant other is probably not a wise endeavor (this is an example, not that you would do that) - Putting a thought there to save someone's life, or to give them hope is.

Often, if your intentions turn toward the "dark side", you might find that your abilities lessen - they aren't going away, but it's that your own mind is creating a "block", which is your mind's way of saying "Hey, I don't like the direction you are taking... Take some time off to think about it".

And also to add to the telepathic part, I am also able to control the wind. Like when I was six I would make tornadoes around me.
