Meditation Purple Dots And Out Of Body Experiences

I've had quite a few psychic experiences, however this one is really confusing me, about a month (or a bit more) of starting meditation and ever since, I have been very vividly seeing bright purple dots, they aren't sparks as such (I have seen those too but they are usually white), but these bright purple dots always appear and always extremely vividly, I'm very intrigued by them and am curious as to whether anyone has experienced something similar or may know what they are? They usually randomly appear near me or on objects, and very often on people who are next to me. It is not related to where I am as they are with me even when I am in a different country. My friend is able to have out of body meditation and she too saw them in the room I was in, she suspected something was following me, but even whilst out of body just saw purple dots, which centred around me, there were also purple horizontal lines across my skin. Whilst out of body she is able to see sparks, aura/energies, ect for what they actually are. I have also seen lots of purple mists and purple electricity, also when I wake up, I see many... Anyone have any clue as to what these dots may be? As they are what really confuses me. I also see a lot of green and blue auric energy and I am not sure what that is,. I have seen small black dots just floating, I often think it is a fly passing by me, but I know its not. Also, once I meditated a lot before bed. When I slept, I am pretty sure I had an out of body experience which was my first and only, it put me off for a little bit as it was quite frightening but no longer scares me, I saw a blue and red figure trying to get in through my window, it was growling loudly and grabbed my waist, I imagined a protective aura around me and it eventually left, I am pretty sure this was not a dream... Does anyone have any explanations?
