Soul Mates?

I wasn't sure if I can ask a following question here, but I have nothing to lose. It all started almost 6 months ago. Just to mention, I have a boyfriend and we are together for one year now. But here is a problem: I was traveling to school when a boy got on a bus. As soon as he found a place to sit, he started to stare at me, like his eyes were searching for mine. I couldn't resist not to look back at him. He was so beautiful, my friend said he looks like a simple guy, but I couldn't believe how beautiful he was. I forgot about him because I do love my boyfriend with all my heart. Few weeks later, he started to appear on places nobody ever comes, it was frightening, we would bump to each other just like that, I was terrified and asked myself why would he be at the same place in the same time where I was? My heart wanted to explode, I didn't even like that guy, but I had never felt the same. Time was passing and he did was stare at me. Once when I was with my boyfriend, he showed up. I didn't notice him until I hugged my boyfriend and caught him staring at me like I hurt him. Next time, I was talking to my boyfriend when I felt someone was staring at me. It was him, and when I looked at him, he told his friend he doesn't want to be in that bus and he just left. I can't stop thinking about him. I'm actually crying right now because my mind is going crazy and my heart is breaking because of a guy I don't even know. I know nothing about him. It scares me and I need help, I just want him to never let me go, I need help to realize what is happening, who is he. Is he my soul mate? Was he my soul mate in my past life maybe?
