Why Do I Feel Like I'm Stuck In A Dream?

I've talked to one other person with a situation similar to mine.

I'm not sure if this can help us figure out what is going on, but our similarities are that we are both cancers (June babies) and feel extremely connected to animals. For me personally I've had many traumatic experiences and I've also had many paranormal experiences, no matter where I live something has tried following me.

Also I'm not sure if it means anything but I remember how I died in my last life. When I was young 5-6 I used to have visions of me being 16 and getting shot. Also when I was a little girl I used to talk to the sky and say things like "its okay babies don't cry I'll be there soon".

As a young girl I always seen spirits, I used to be friends with one actually. As I got older I don't see them as much, but they are still there. I can feel them. And one of them is not good at all.

Why I'm writing is for a few months I've felt almost as if I'm in a dream I can't wake up from, nothing seems normal but at the same time it all seems normal. Something is off and I just can't figure out what it is.

As for my friend she lives in Arkansas and I know that she's had very few spirit experiences, but she has had a few traumatic experiences. We both have similar ones. Our fathers both left us when we were young around 2-3, and we both don't have the best relationship with our mothers.

Can you help me understand this? What is happening to us? Is there a possibility that we have some sort of powers? Please help.

Hauntingg, sometimes I feel like I'm stuck in a dream too. If you ever need to have a reality check and be like, I'm not dreaming, am I? I hear that you have more fingers in dreams, and if you count your fingers and notice that you still have the same amount then you're not dreaming and this is real; that's always helped me anyways.

I'd love to learn more of your experiences and what you're going through, though and maybe I can help you. Here's my e-mail:

Hi, Hauntingg:

That bad "spirit" who's following you is either attached to you, or manipulating your energy in some way that makes you feel like you're in a dream state.

I put "spirit" in quotation marks for a reason. This could be a lost soul, your run-of-the-mill "ghost". But from your mention of it, it could easily be a dark soul, demon, or worse.

If an event is especially traumatic in a life, the memory/experience can affect future lives. The effects can range from a strange preference of one thing to another, deja vu/unexplainable senses of familiarity, or even phobias.

As children, since we are more pure and of the Light, knowledge that is unique to our souls is readily accessible. Like our abilities, however, that can decrease over time as our purity goes down over time. That's part of the reason why it's so important to maintain your inner child or youth.

Can I ask why you mentioned your friend? Does she have something following her as well?

You both have spiritual abilities that can be developed. I can help you with the negative attachment you have, as well as guidance for your abilities.

Please e-mail me at audrey559GES [at] gmail.com and we'll discuss more in private.

God bless,
Audrey

I believe that your body may require more nutrients.
Try wheatgrass and spirolena in 1/2 dose. If you have allergies. You may have to drop wheatgrass and look for something else.

Psychic work can put demands on the body. For me I felt like I was not fully myself. Once I took the above no problems.

If you are meditating excessively you will need to do grounding work after meditation.

Good journey

Hello Hauntingg,
As to your past life, that may not be your only one. We are often affected by them before we can remember them necessarily.
I believe that it is possible this is not the only plane on which we exist. Meditation may help with your dream state. Try regularly to sit, lay, walk, or do anything that relaxes you best. Clear your mind and open it carefully so that you become more aware of yourself and your surroundings. You may be able to tell more about this spirit who is not good. Also, you may be able to contact those that are. You may find friends among them.
In your case, I would advise you to start out meditating alone and while you're still. I say this because as you discover more about your past life, meditation may trigger visions. They may not be fun or easy to endure, but if you are persistent and give it time, it will help you greatly. Music may help you to meditate. You will find you can think without thought or without words.
Your friend may benefit from this site as well and you may both like to explore it together. It is great to be able to speak to someone in your life about this.
I am sorry that not all of your experiences have been pleasant, but as you are aware you are not alone. Any more that you would share will help us to better advise you.
As for special powers, that is an interesting question to which many would say yes. You can certainly sense spirits and are psychicly sensitive. You recall your past life. These are a part of your psychic abilities.
Spirits are attracted to those who know they're there. So, as you become more attuned to them, remember that you can influence the interaction as well.
Be safe and trust your judgement,
Nightingale
