Seeing A Smoky Face

I have suffered from some kind of non-diagnosable condition whereby when I try to go to sleep my head feels as if it is contracting internally. When this happens I usually see either a black spot or a spider thing with moving legs in the centre of my vision. Anyway recently I have been having this weird experience whereby when my head starts to feel dizzy I open my eyes and for a split second or 2 I see a white misty face flying around my room or sometimes just watching me, When I see this thing my vision is kind of fuzzy, in this entities world everything looks kind of out of focus, I have also seen strange spider like plasma beings crawling on my walls in this dimension which I cannot explain, then when I get my normal vision back I see this black spot appear in my vision and it seems to close much like an eye would. In all honesty the things in this dimension don't look spiritual but kind of quantum or void like. Its as if I'm glimpsing into another world that is not so much spiritual but more kind of extra dimensional or something. When these things appear I feel as though my body is going to change form its really weird and the feeling isn't comfortable either, it feels like a great pressure in my head. I thought this was maybe an astral experience but it seems too kind of terrestrial for that to be the case. Also I keep having strange experiences where I close my eyes and see two eyes looking back at me, this is usually followed by internal flashes of light in my eyes, does anybody know what this is? Or why it happens to me?

Ok thank you, I will try and find a spiritualist church and get some kind of healing. I also would not say that this phenomena has no benefit because it gives me visions that hold dark hidden truths about certain people or places and I also gain physical energy if it occurs when I am awake, I also get a glimpse into another world as I said so I believe that it is some kind of preternatural power that I just do not know how to use, that or an entity is making use of this power.

You might try obtaining healing from Federal Spiritualist association. Or a Spiritualist church.
None of your stories indicate any gaining or benefits from your situation.

In the UK undiagnosed just means something is wrong and Doctor is unable to identify symptoms. I always had thought
Some medical terminology was odd vs US.

I say this because I treated a man who was dying.
Doctors in UK could not diagnosis illness.
A story for a different time.

You have said you have no practices
.no scenarios of lucid dreaming/astral projection.

You say you want answers?

It is important to get sleep as sleep deprivation is known
To bring hallucinations.

In healing people may have symptoms and go for years with no identified illness before it manifests.

Also you asked me if I have any day time symptoms. The only thing that happens is I see little sparkles of light that appear for a fraction of a second. Also sometimes I kind of zone sometimes whilst playing sport and suddenly physical activity seems effortless, it's almost as if I'm tapping into a source of energy that is not my own

I can assure you that I am taking no drugs, medications, nor do I have any medical ailments. One thing I forgot to mention is that sometimes when I wake up and see the black plasma thing objects moves (I.e doors open or cupboards shake). I also sometimes get really vivid and violent dreams. Once I fell so deep into this trance like state that ended up seeing through my eyelids and in my room there were really violent flashes of light like thunder and lightning, the power was terrifying it was if I was in the middle of a storm.

Sounds like you are experience.

Only you can say how by acknowledging life style or practices.

If you had a NDE. That should be added to list as to why?

Either you have a spiritual ethos.
Or entertaining oneself with recreational drug, excess alcohol.

Or even medical treatment.
Life threatening event can open this.
Psychic arguments.

Amounting to opening up quickly.

Hello guys thank you for answering this thread, Path I do not actually intentionally practise meditation and I have no other symptoms during the day. Emmlou, I am not sure why I am being attacked, I have had strange messages from people such as them randomly saying I have a sixth sense and that I need to wake up. What I want to understand is whether or not these powers are mine or someone else's or in fact a mix of the two?

Hi, I've had the same experience as you. Now the physical feeling your getting is what you would call a psychic attack. Try not to be alarmed or panicked, stay calm and take steps to clear and protect. Secondly the flashes can occur when your under great stress or someone is send telepathic signals to you. The black plasma appears when someone is present, this is not necessarily deceased but the body of light. Living beings are able to do this. The black plasma indicates when someone is present, I've had the same, it's an eye. Someone is either keeping a close eye on you or you've pissed someone off! I telepathically talk to others, I've learned to block most that come in, but through the time I experienced this I could see future, was reeling off some usual info about god! Was receiving signs from a higher person. If this is from the living they are either trying to find out something from you through thoughts or trying to push you over the edge and harm. If from deceased they may have a message or warning about possible future events. Write it all down, may be helpful x

You sound as if you are opening too quickly. What meditation do you practice? Or Binaural beats for opening 3rd eye?
Pressure in the head with weight has to do with the 3rd eye.

Do you have other symptoms during the day?

Spiders if seen between the physical plane and a spiritual door
Move in two dimensions.

I would do some cleansing with sage in the home. Remember to leave windows open for at least an hour or more.

The fog is normally something we see when we drift off to sleep.
If we fall into sleep we can unconsciously move into projecting.
In Astral projection there are other dimensions as well as life forms that share a space between our atmosphere and theirs.
