Entities In Mirrors

last night I had a really weird experience where I kind of zoned out and became paralysed, I literally couldn't move and my face was drawn to the mirror for some reason. The next part is kind of weird because I kind of psychically received a set of instructions from out of nowhere, these instructions were not heard by claireaudience but we're what I can only describe as intuited. Anyway the message was that I had to look at the mirror in order for some kind of spirit/ high dimensional entity to manifest, as I did so I tried to get out of it but I could not move my gaze away from the mirror even though the rest of my body could move. I could see a blurry transparent substance forming above in the mirror and I sensed an intense feeling of spiritual power manifesting near me. I have had similar experiences like this whereby I have felt my soul being sucked up into a higher unknown realm and each time I have managed to resist the pull and return back to my body, however after each event I feel really dizzy and dissociated. Once I had a spiritual pull so powerful I felt my head lift up into the air, it was so weird. Also sometimes when I go to sleep I have had my cover fold over me in its own and also things in my room start to shake such as doors and cupboards, things also fall off tables, it's kind of weird but this only happens when I'm trancing out. Also I have had mysterious hairs appear around my bed which are not mine (I don't have a girlfriend either so that rules that out) I live on my own and thus I do not understand where they are coming from, they are long blond hairs as with mine is short, brown and Afro textured. I have also been downstairs by myself and seen a strange entity looking at me in the mirror, it has been sitting on a chair but when I turn around there's nothing there it only exists in the mirror. I fact all entities I've ever seen have been through mirrors. Like one time my mum messed around with Angel cards and one night there were flashes of lightning going round my room, all of my family saw them, but what was weird was in the mirror (and only in the mirror) was a tiny glowing feral like entity curled up sitting by the doorway, I'd never been so terrified in my life. Preternatural abilities run in my family but I have no clue of what is happening to me, what I want to know is whether I should not resist the pull and see what happens or, if I should keep on resisting and get spiritual help? Also can anybody explain the ghost hairs?
