Confused On What I've Been Experiencing And My Experinces

Since I was a child around the age of 7 I would feel spirits. I would have experiences at home. I felt as if someone were by me, but I was home alone. So I looked towards where I sensed, and there was a spirit standing. She was scared of me, but I was just spooked. I still feel as someone is here with me at home to this date. I experience it everyday, but I try and avoid it and block it out, but when I do focus on them I feel their auras? I think that's what I feel. There are many psychic/clairvoyant people in my family line. I have never considered myself one. My brother can feel spirits and energy. Other psychics he's met have told him he has an ability, and recently he's told me that I too can do what he does. About 1-2 times a week I will see something in a dream and a few weeks or months later I'll see it happen, and I will have experiences that I've seen years ago in a dream come true. I've also had experiences where I can sense when people are bad. A few weeks ago I covered for my coworker at my new job and that night I got food poisoning and I later found out she was a liar. Also this past week my crush's ex messaged me through his account and I had joked about getting hit by a car as she replied "lmao" and about 5 minutes later I get hit by a car. So recently whenever I meet someone who I feel is bad I will have a experience where I'll get hurt or sick and I don't know if this makes me sensitive or not, but it's my current experience and I'm really curious if anyone else who has any abilities has maybe also experienced any of this as well.
