Instant Psychic Visions

I'm claircognizance, clairoyvant, channeler and empath. I'm trying to figure out what could be going on. I have instant flashes of something that is going to happen the next day in situations. Last night, I was in the shower and had a instant vision flash. It always feel like I'm daydreaming because I react to the dreams as if it's happening at the moment. I had a instant vision last night of my mom talking to a certain person that is bad to talk to and today it happened just the way I seen it. I even seen the location and she was standing the exact way I seen her. I seen hand movements in my instant visions and it played out as described. I scare myself sometimes. I go into this daydream and have instant reactions to them. There have been times when I'm around my mom and I have instant flashes of an argument while sitting in the room alone. I react to the argument such as me silent mumbling while I'm dreaming. I'm actually reacting to how I'm going to respond to the situation. The next day the argument happens word from word including it's topic. I can feel people thoughts if they are around me. Am able to have the clear sense of knowing when to do something while unaware of the fact I am actually channeling. As I speak to someone, the words I want to say to that person are feel forced back for a reason as if I'm being prevented from saying these things. A person can be on the phone in a noisy room and I can hear just them talking on the phone out of nowhere no matter how low they talk. My TV can be loud and I can still here you.
