I'm not sure what to make of my experiences and hopefully someone can shed some light on them. I have two that I remember when I was a child.

First one was lying down in bed ready for sleep and all of a sudden I got this feeling of fright with my pulse rising, breathing hard, hairs on the back of my neck standing up. I was lying on my right side and felt the bed depress as if someone was sitting one the bed where my back was facing. It scared me so much and I willed myself to go to sleep so that my feelings would go away. The next morning I asked my parents if they came in that night to check on me and they said no.

Second one was when my parents left for a party and it was just me and my dog. I felt pretty safe. I heard my mom calling from down stairs. I thought maybe she forgot something and came back because I heard her calling "Leslie!" I said "what mom" and walk downstairs with my dog who I think heard it too. No one was downstairs. I ran upstairs and outside on the front area and waited for my parents to come. I didn't want to go back inside.

As an adult I've had maybe two experiences one being a heavy breath or sigh as I'm about to fall asleep

Are these something of value? Do I have something I need to explore? I would appreciate anyone's input. Thanks!

I would try to communicate with this spirit. It seems you have a gift you need to explore sometimes when I can feel a spirit when I have just woken up it can make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and my breathing heavy this is just a natural body reaction, if you can not see something but know it is there the mind can not process this your body then emits adrenalin therefore you have symptoms of the above. Next time you feel this presence try and communicate ask the spirits name that is normally a good one if they tell you then that is very good as this means they are willing to talk. Good luck

It sounds like you have a spirit. But, from what I can tell, it doesn't want to hurt you. I think it either wants company or is trying to protect you. I think you should try communicating, too. I have a spirit friend named Cal and he's nice to talk to. Although, I have no idea where he is now because I can't get a response from him. But, still, just try talking to your spirit.

You should definitely explore, and value these things. Although if one of them does creep you out in a bad way, that it's not just "there" then tell it to leave you alone. You should really try and communicate.
