Im Seeing Colors And Forms Of People. What Could This Be?

i sometimes think I might be crazy. I've had some weird experiences growing up like seeing and hearing things. The things I've seen and heard are just unmistakeable. One time something whispered in my ear saying "the cat can't scream". I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. I've seen an old Haitian woman wearing a long skirt and glasses watching over my friends mother as she slept in what looked like a loving way. She looked at me and gave me a warm smile before turning around and disappearing. When I was about 19 I was using the bathroom and was kind of spaced out. I noticed that I was seeing what looked like air moving. I feel like I've seen this before actually noticing at 19 but I just never thought anything of it. I've always seen things in the dark. Shapes and colors. It would freak me out a bit. What I saw in the bathroom was pretty much the same as what I would see in the dark. I can see it anytime I want now. If I stare off not really focused on anything I can see shapes and colors like pink, blue, green and purple, black as well. It's like when someone takes a picture of you and the flash is on. All the splotchy colors you see afterward. When I see these colors its like the air is moving. A bunch of little pin needle size molecules is how id describe it I guess. Its always shapes and sometimes like just one big mass. The shapes are always in the form of a person though... Sounds crazy. They're always walking around or just moving in one spot. I see a head and shoulders. Arms. Sometimes they come toward me very quick and then they're gone. I swear I've seen faces too but not often. I just see the general shape of a person with no detail. Do I make these things up in my head or am I actually seeing them? Is there something wrong with my eyes? I just don't know. Nobody else ever knows what I'm talking about when I try to explain it.
