Precognitive Feelings

I can't help but laugh at some of the tales on here. I'm no kook, but I have had experiences in these too. I get sudden feelings that something bad is going to happen. I call my family / friends o warn them. Something ALWAYS happens. On my last feeling, I left a message on mom's phone. I got a call later that morning, pop was in hospital for prostate cancer. My friend goes on trips to the desert for ATV fun, I told him something bad was going to happen. They met a stranger there who had to be brought to hospital from an ATV accident. I went to a gun show and had a CLEAR and vivid picture in my mind. I turned to my friend and said, I had a dream that a table right there got knocked over. We went through the whole building, came back. That same table was knocked over. Guns everywhere. This is annoying. I want to call upon it at will...

Sometimes, I'll just stop what I'm doing, thinking and feel something that I know is out of the ordinary. Other times I'll be listening to music and I'll have a "feeling" I'm about to get a text. When I go to pick up the phone I have another "feeling" who its going to be from and then my phone lights up with that persons name. Somestimes, the feeling is early and I go to pick up my phone and nothing happens. As soon as I put it down it lights up. I think of it as fate laughing at me for being too believing, but when I don't the feelings go away. Strange enough, I don't want them to. What is this feeling?

I believe it is hard to explain anything to do with Psychic Abilities as we each, think, see, feel something different then anyone else. No wonder when we" google" any of this on the net we come up with, so many different views to why or what happens to people with these abilities.

Going to the garage one day, I stopped accidently and hit my head on the door. It didn't cause me to have pain, it just made me pause with a really uneasy feeling. I really had to stop and for a minutes to obsorb what was happening. I knew it was something signifigant at the time but I couldn't tell what. Later that week I got a call from my mom visiting family out of country. She said my cousin passed away a couple days previously by an electricution/fall accident. The time of day was around the same but I am uncertain.

My bedroom door was wiggling by itself, it was closed. I got a horrible feeling, when it wouldn't stop. So I called my cousin in. He closed the door behind himself, and immediately it started to wriggle. We watched it for 20 minutes, and I kept getting a strange feeling above my eyebrow, in the center of my forhead. Like pressure. My cousin opened the door and snapped a few pictures. The first 2 showed enormous glowing balls.
How do you explain my strange feelings?
What do the balls mean?

Meditating could help you control you ability. It has me. This one works particularly well. You imagine the room filling with bright light, and imagine this light is your energy. Then, imagine it flowing into each of you chakras one by one. It works best at night, just about you are about to go to sleep.

I kept trying to calm down and I was trying to protect myself with white light and I fealt like I was on the verge of seeing something like the middle of my forehead was tingling and I had pressue on my shoulders and back of the head. And I fealt light upabove... However it all passed. Nothing else happen that day and slowly I fealt normal... Do you think that was anything or am I just losing my mind?

Yes isn't that odd how precognitive feelings follow humans everywhere. They can be most annoying in public places. You are just minding your own, doing your best and bang out of the blue it hits you. It's like when a few people commit a crime and the rest of the free empath bystanders have to now lock their doors and get a security system against those who are less than controlled with their own emotional and mental behaviors. Now, the majority who once were free and private empaths now become prisoners who have to give up their freedom and privacy,...all because of a few minority crime offenders. I have never understood why human sponge empaths have to soak up those other offenders uncontrolled emotional outbursts. Pretty soon the prisoner will also be the jailer.

You know I was really pondering on this a lot last night, just a question in general... And maybe these bad feelings we get... Do we actually sometimes make them happen? By force? By our subconcious... So powerful even though we don't want to, we feel we must... If that makes sense. Like three nights ago I wanted to watch evolution just because I felt like watching an action movie, and because I wanted to watch it, last night it came on when I wanted it to. I think things can happen if you want them greedily enough, or don't want them enough in reverse... I don't know, it just was lurking in my mind. Though by no means am I saying that you make everything bad happen... Not mean in that perspective, it's hard to explain.
