I have seen and felt things since I can remember, auras (wide color range), spirits, etc. I can also sense energies (human, animal, living and not). I also have dreams that seem to come true within days.
My mother and grandmother have similar but more profound gifts. For the most part I am ok with it, but there is a reoccurring spirit that I have an issue with. This happens a good 80 percent of nights and it doesn't matter where I am. I will be laying down (not asleep or even close) and I will feel what feels like ice and fire at the same time violently grab my arm. I used to sit there for a second to let my heart start again, but now I roll over and there is this thing with its head almost completely upside down, what looks like black smudges (no texture difference) where the eyes should be, and a horrible, dark purple mouth full of jagged and broken teeth, and dark blue/gray skin.
It always has its mouth wide open, and has growled at me several times. I have tried several things to get this to leave when it shows, but nothing has helped. Often it will vanish, move or throw something around and reappear. I first saw this thing when I was 6, and it has continued and become more frequent.
Before I would only see this at night, but it has recently shown itself during the day, where my two girls (3 and 1) saw it and started screaming before I even had time to react.
Is this thing just attached to me because I can see them, or what? And what do I do to get rid of this?

Personally, such things I believe came to be when people decided they had their own teachings to teach and told them others teachings were wrong. That is me!
