Feelings Have A Picture

I've only told two people that I have this ability; my sister, who has it as well; and my husband, who is a double Pisces and knew anyway. I have no ability with whole thoughts, ie. I can't tell you what number you're thinking of...lol.

For me, every single person feels things in a very specific way. My husband's feelings roll like an enormous paint roller over a wall. My father feels in light rain drops, separate until they mix below. My mother feels things in huge, violent stamps. My sister feels things like spilling a glass of water over a level floor. My son feels things in vertical lines, etc. I could go on and on.

Each person has colors that they've assigned to each feeling, and none of the colors are the same between each person. Some people feel anger as red while others feel love as red. Some people feel sadness as green while others feel it as blue or purple.

I suppose it comes in handy to distinguish between my own feelings and those of others as well as distinguishing between one person's and another person's.

How do you distinguish other people's feelings? What do you "see" to make you know it's not yours? Do you just know? Do your empathic feelings have a female or male "flavor?" Old or young "flavor?" Just curious.

Cheers

wow that's awsome... The only way I can determine other's feelings from my own is if the emotions could relate to what happened in the day lol. I've never really thought about wether the feelings have a more female or male taste though...

Lal, I have to be somewhat near the person to feel them clearly; I can feel someone best if I can touch them. But, I can feel people if they are in my general proximity. Crowded rooms are horrific for me. Even worse is a crowded room full of people who are feeling the same thing, ie. A political rally, a city counsel meeting, etc. It makes sense what you said about colors. I'm the same way with the colors around me. I think I get colors from people because everyone thinks in colors, even if they aren't aware of it. 😆

for me, every person has a different "flavor". And every emotion does too. When I "taste" someone when they are being themselves, I keep that taste in my memory and identify that person with it. When I see someone and their taste is different that I am used to, I know something is up. I CAN actually TASTE the person. As in, a certain flavor or smell will wrap me up, and I instantly know the person by remembering their taste. This also works to tell me what kind of person he or she is, and if they mean good or bad, and how they are mainly feeling.

FarDareisMai... You will always have some blending of your emotions and the people that you observe. One way of filtering is to know your color at the time your reading a person and let their emotions ride in on their own color... Or color their emotions you want to read with their own specific color... Hopefully its not the same color as you... Start by reading someone you trust who has a different color and yes their are big differences in the male and female emotions looking and doing the same thing!

Yes it does make sense and I somewhat understand. I can do something like that but different, I can feel a persons emotions but other than that I can feel the person. It's difucult to explan but each person has a differnt feel to them, not physically touching them but with my mind rather, perhaps its the same with you. Different colors feel different like your touching them with your mind instead of your hands.

Hi, I just wondered if you can feel how a person feels when they come near you? Not just by their expression or body language but a sweeping feeling coming over you... I do at times, I think especially if they're at one extreme or the other. It's a feeling I get in the pit of my stomach, either a dark, tight, cold feeling or a warm, inviting feeling depending on the person I'm in contact with... Colors play a big role in how I feel also. It's taken me a long time to get a comfortable feeling in my bedroom with colors, etc. It's something I put off because I'd rather work or do other things but it's a touchy area for me to try to get it right that I tend to just concentrate on it in bits and pieces. Any of this make any sense to you? Hope so! 😁
