A Spirit Calling Or Just A Dreamer

I have recently been having dreams about people and places that I don't know. I will explain one and hopefully someone can help me.

I was in a youth hostel and speaking to a lad about my age (which is 21) I can't really remember what we were talking about but I then had a sense that this lad was a ghost or spirit. I asked one of the other people if they could see him and they said no. That was when I realized I was seeing this spirit.

Just after asking this question to the others, one had what I can only describe as an out of body experience and stood in front of the spirit and myself (as I write this I want to call him Adam.)

Their face was covered by a red jumper, which moulded to their face. Her jaw was distraught, wide and had a horrible scream, with that hit "Adam" who coward away as if he had done something wrong and then faded away. I felt awful as he hadn't done anything and this friend who had the out of body experience was not the same person and had an evil entity about it.

I woke up calling to him to come back.

Was this a spirit visiting me or just my subconscious mind playing tricks in a normal dream?

I only randomly get these feelings and wondered if anyone here could sense anything from me or this story as I would love to develop my skills but I have no idea where to start. I don't even know how to meditate.

I hope someone could give me some advice... Thanks

You could have been unlocked and you are telling yourself the place of another artist.

Think, have you ever seen someone like "Adam" Before? If yes, speak to them.

dreams are a good way for your body to let you know what you are dealing with so you can better correct it your self
Sometmes it can be unclear, but then you have the situation where a spirit will come to you in need of help or disare

If you want to further your gift if you feel like there is a gift there
Relaxing your body and mind helps further it along for example you can find a nice relaxing place to meditate wich means to clear your mind of all worries and stress
The less stress you have the more chances you have of doing this

Sometimes our dreams are tied to our real life experiences. Maybe the girl is someone you are having difficulties with and Adam represents your other side of not wanted to confront a situation or something. Always right your dreams down and then go over your own life and how it may connect to the details you dreamed.

You saying that the boy in my dreams didn't talk much just nodded and as if he was in my care you could be right. Definatly something to think about. Thanks

I sensed some violation of the girl...but, by whom?...is the ultimate question. I think he was ashamed of something, maybe he walked in on something bad happening to her. Am picking up on 3 spirits, the girl, a boy (possibly as old as a teen or pre-teen) and an older man 30s-40s. It is almost as if, dare I say it... The teen boy was mentally challenged and feels guilty that he could do nothing to stop it. That could certainly plague a person to have a restless spirit... I believe he wanted to help her. I do believe what you saw is/was a psychic vision.
What do you think...?

Thank you for your comments, I dream ALOT about other people and places. I would love to develop this and maybe controll it a little better any ideas how to? Thanks

For me, I can usually tell it is not just a dream and a spirit is present. I am in full control of thinking things out clearly. Also, it is not the same for everyone, but a light in my house will flicker before I go to bed. THe spirit is letting me know it is there. I do feel you have had an experience. I have also had an encounter with a spirit like you are describing, without the jumper though.

Curious_Amy... Well you have to be psychic to some degree or you wouldn't have this happen to you I don't fully understand your story but I get a sense of death due to neglect or more because of an inability to act because of fear... And the kind of obvious afraid to speak out " red jumper over the face "
