I See Flashing Lights Around And On Objects

It started about April of 2007 with little pieces at first at the bottom of my Bible and only in my peripheral vision. Then it went to around mainly orange clothing or objects of mine that I'd either been wearing or holding and I could look directly at them, but at that time they only showed up where there was light. It's a bright white flash of light that is paper thin and most of the time no definite shape.

There have been times when I was working as a cook at a fine dining restaurant that I could see them at night out back while I was smoking. Then they were the shape of the fence panel and about 5-6 inches away, but no light was in the area. I've since seen an orb that was floating a few feet in front of my directly in my line of sight no matter where I looked. If I stare at a place for a few seconds I can see a flash of light no matter what mood or what's going on.

In the morning they're real erratic, sometimes the shape of the bottom of my house slippers on the floor or just real erratic patterns. I've seen it in mirrors as an outline around me. When I look at different patterns of fabric or stuff the patterns begin to wiggle or vibrate. I have no clue what this is but I've read that it may be my chakra out of balance.
