This has started recently where I sit in front of the telly and then out the corner of my eye I see a vision. The lady is in black, somewhat like a nun. A few weeks ago, at night, I looked out my French doors and I see this rectangular light in the sky about a meter long and fluorescent, but not high enough to be a plane. The following morning on my way to work I see this light again. Then, a week later while standing on the balcony at work one morning with a friend, the light appeared again, except this time my friend saw it too. It appeared for a split second and was gone. I thought I was seeing things until now, but my friend saw it too. This was two weeks ago.
Yesterday I was having a nap and I heard a person tell me to wake up as my phone was ringing. And I woke and looked at the phone and woe betide there was a ringing message from someone. I often see the lady and the light has appeared 3 times and not since. This has not been my first time where I have heard voices in my dreams. I have heard voices from the heavens and been requested to follow a snake, which told me to follow it and it will lead me. I also experience Hipnik Jerks, like I am falling backwards down stairs or a mountain. This always happens within the first stages of a deep sleep and I awake with a panic. My body lifts 1cm off the bed when this happens.
