I like to start off by saying that I understand what everyone goes through in the e-mails that I have read so far. I have a number of years that I can actually feel when something is about to happen. I can tell just by my hands when they start to get cold, that is a sign for me. I can only tell its going to happen like minutes before it happens. I too hear voices, but mine are children voices, but sometimes it's really hard to understand what they are saying. This only happens when I'm taking a shower. I can also feel the bad vibes just by being next to someone, my mood suddenly changes which for me means that I need to leave ASAP.
I also have problems sleeping as well. I somehow connect with a dark spirit and has been a part of my life since I can remember. It won't speak to me or tell me any commands but sure freaks me out when it is just standing in front of my feet. I also feel when there is a presence in the area and if its bad, then I know when I have to leave the area. I'm still trying to figure it out but it's hard to wake up in the middle of a dream. I haven't really told anyone because people will think I am crazy! Sometimes I think to myself if it's some kind of psychiatric deal? I don't think it is, I guess its just something that you can inherit! I know for sure dad has the same problem! He once described my friend's house just by using his mind.
