How many of you have gotten a sense on a particular person?
Well over the past month I have been thinking of a women named Ruth. She is about 5' 3", red hair, blue or brown eyes, average body type around 130 pounds and maybe around her mid thirties.
I can't seem to get her out of my head. In this past week I keep thinking of two girls both in late teens or early twenties. I sense their names are Amy and Megan.
Could anyone tell me what to do. I would like to know why I am thinking of theses people. With Ruth I get a feeling she was killed by a man with dark hair and a dark beard.
I am starting to wonder if my mind opening more. Could theses be real people reaching to me for help? If so I want to help. But I have trouble with opening my self up. Does anyone have suggestions on mediation techniques or anything else that would help?
As I am typing this I can feel a consistent pressure in my head. Could that mean something or am I crazy? I have been told the headaches are caused by a spirits energy.
So thanks everyone for reading this. I appreciate all comments and suggestions. I don't have no one else to tell about this. My mom would never believe me. Lets hope Ruth, Amy and Megan are real because I don't want to feel crazy.
