My name is Nicholas Parvin and I am 19 years old. Since I was born, I knew I wasn't like other people, I knew things that other people didn't.

When I was in primary school, I remember having the feeling that I was being followed, and then I just somehow knew that there were people around me, but they weren't there, and nobody else had that feeling.

This eventually developed over the years. As an expansion to sensing spirits around me, I was then able to sense things, on what is going to happen. These feelings suddenly became visions in my head. I knew what songs would come on on particular channels, what episodes would appear on a particular programme. It was just little things that happened first, then they became something bigger.

I remember a few months ago, I was in the kitchen, doing the washing up, and then I saw a woman, a teacher to be precise, and I sensed that she was in danger. It was then when I felt a man's presence, and I saw that this man I saw in my vision was 'taking advantage' of her.

Then A few days later, the man I saw in my premonition, was on the news, found guilty of rape of a teacher. That did freak me out at first, but then my visions and the sense of what is going to happen then became everyday experiences to me.

I haven't told hardly anyone. I only tell my friends who need my help. I have helped a couple of friends with their problems or worries about the future, and they feel at ease now. The same has happened regarding my mediumship. I have channeled two spirits for some friends, who they wanted to contact.

Over the years, I have read books, and have learned a lot on how my powers are triggered and what they are capable of. I want to expand my powers more. I want to fully tap into my psychic potential even further so I can fully develop my powers.

I feel that my powers are a gift to me, and I believe that I should help others, using my powers. The thing is, that how can I tell people that I can see into the future and see, sense and hear ghosts, without sound as if I am bragging about my abilities? Does any one have any ideas?
