Short Circuiting Chakras
Over the years, I have had numerous experiences with the paranormal. What is happening now seems to trigger a memory of a haunting I experienced a few years back. The ghost at the time was an older female and had a habit of touching you and throwing her energy around all over the place. The first few times that she did touch me sent a bone chilling current of freezing cold air that would paralyze you numb.
Eventually, after a few months she did cross over. At the present time I could use some advice on something new and very strange. I first noticed the warm sensation a few months back just before drifting off to sleep. The feeling starts out slowly at first as it begins to move filling my entire naval area with movement. This has happened a few times before but it abruptly stopped now it's back. I compare this feeling to a creeping sensation like fingers swirling around my naval area spreading around my entire stomach. There is a feeling like slight pressure while energy is moving. I know this part sounds crazy but it feels like a fetus moving around. Feeling goes away when I roll over onto my stomach not sure what is going on.
Could this be a Solar Plexus, Sacral or Base chakra issue or something else?
I sure would appreciate any advice here.

Oh yes thank you for mentioning the headaches I would have never connected this to a chakra buildup. Third eye unbearable headaches seem to pop up at the strangest times in the middle of the night or mid-afternoon. I am very grateful for this information.

Whenever I am trying to figure out what is going on with people's chakras I listen for a few things in their story. In your case, you were near the sleep state. Just so you know, your chakras open naturally while you sleep, or meditate, so that you can take in energy and heal. So it's not surprising that you felt energy around that solar plexus area right before you drifted off.
Another thing people aren't often aware of is that our chakras are more open in youth, closed up a bit from 20-40 year old, then start to reopen back up after that. So based on your age profile, this may be starting to gradually open up more on its own, while you're awake.
The good news is that I don't think you need to be alarmed. It's not the spinning and opening we should be concerned with but the closing off of it. These energy portals are what keep us alive. When we eat poorly, have stress, add addictive habits and so on, they slowly start to close/stop spinning and disease sets in. This is a highly detailed piece of work so further research on your part is recommended. You can't put into a few paragraphs the workings of the subtle bodies.
I recommend Barbara's book. It is a real insight into how the physical, etheric, astral and causal elements work. I have hundreds of new age books in my library and this is in the top five for must reads. You can probably pick up a copy for free at any good library.

Protective issue makes a lot of sense the need to suppress that part of the human psyche that allows you to see more. If you have ever watched medium you would understand why I would be a little apprehensive just before going to sleep. Sometimes I do not want too see things because I cannot move myself out of the situation until all is revealed. I will think about what you said and make few ajustments here and there.
