My mum has been really quite sick for a while now she has a kind of arthritis. I'm pretty sure its called rheumatoid. I don't really know how to spell it and she is in a lot of pain constantly and so I felt I should do something I just had this compelling feeling to try and help heal her so I put my hands on the particularly painful spots like her knee joints and shoulders but not all at once because I don't have that many hands anyway as I worked over her she told me my hands had become burning hot it was really odd though because to me they felt like they always did.

I put my hands on my head and tried to feel how hot they were but they still felt normal to me although they were burning my mum's skin and left red marks on her, it wasn't actually burning her but that was the sensation she was feeling. She told me if I were in freezing conditions I could have saved someones life with the pure heat if my hands. Turns out I didn't really relieve the pain very much only a little bit but she did feel very energetic afterward which was very unusual because usually she is very fatigue. I have had a lot of psychic experiences so I'm not to all of it but I can't seem to explain what happened with my hands if anyone can explain what happened it would be really helpful

That cool. I have the same experinces with water. And healing but it doesn't seem to help anyone but me. I don't know why it lessen the skin wounds but the internal wounds don't process as fast.

gemma1994 for rheumatoid arthritis it is an inflammatory disease. There is lots of pain.
If you mother was describing heat. She was feeling the congestion break up.
Normally this would aggrivate the inflammation. It sounds as if you are describing that you mum moving after the session cleared the conjections of inflaming pain around the joints. May I suggest that you make time to just do the session on a regular basis. It does not have to be long.

For myself I get cold or hot, sometimes left arm is hallow pulles out energy, plus and pulles out energy. I believe this is because of the healer med people whom work in the healing.

If your family has a history of Arthritis there will be a few places off the body that can be worked on off the body.
You would need to clear the area. A good course would be what is referred to as chelation aka clawing. Some people use grey color go up the feet and then go in and fill the body. But for healing you have to look if there are nets,irregularities, or chakras require balance.

Its import to prepare yourself before healing, also asking guides for protection.
Understanding how to recycle energy is helpful.

Hi Lasker,

I am not sure what you mean by "turning people vampire style." "Vampires" would not attune to the higher realms in the first place and as far as "turning people psychic" there is no guaranty that Reiki would make you psychic, it attunes you to the higher realms and you have higher frequency/vibration. If you are already intuitive, it would of course amplify that ability. I know Reiki therapists that are not psychic and some who are very psychic.

Everything has its reason and the reasons originate in the ether, so the ether must have approved of Reiki, or it would not be in existance.

Reiki is not to just make money, its to heal others and the more healing the better. My focus is to heal and help as many as possible. I have made no money at it thus far, in the future I may start a practice, but you charge people to help pay for your business expenses, just like psychics:)

As far as making money... I think psychics actually charge WAY more than a Reiki practitioner ever would.

Also, why would it be a bad thing to turn people psychic? Everyone has psychic ability and if they use it for goodness, what would that hurt?:)

lasker can you tell me about how you can turn your healing ability into other things like you mentioned I'm just curious to find things out. Thanks

My hands are always hot, but I'm Psychometric, and I'm trying to figure out why I can make people's skin tingle when I touch them. Maybe I heal people, I don't know. But what I do know is my hands heat up when I touch money or objects loaded with energy. And I never get cold. It's kind of strange, btu I accept it all the way. Good luck with healing:)

The reiki movement leaves a bad taste in my mouth, because it's people trying to make money from turning others into psychics.

Also, I think being a natural psychic actually has a significance for being in balance with nature, and I'm not entirely sure it's a good thing to go around turning people vampire style - this may not balance out well with the ether.

For instance: naturals seem to have a blue, gold, white or purple aura right?

But what if this actually means something?

What kind of aura do people have when they were normal then turned?

Hi Gemmal, to me it sounds like you are working with the life force energy for sure. It is also called Ki or Chi, in Reiki therapy. I am a Reiki therapist and my hands become hot also when I am performing Reiki. Sounds like you would be a wonderful candidate to take a Reiki therapy course, google it and check it out. Reiki is awesome:) Sounds like you are a natural as you followed your intuition to use your hands to help your family member. Good luck to you.

Also, it's not heat energy, because heat alone won't do the things you and I can do.

You'll want to absorb energy from nature to heal instead of using your own body's energy.

How you do this is you use the ability on ground or plants outside, and think about absorbing it.

I also have the healing ability, and I can turn it into other things, though that's a different topic.

I should note that you can also heal at a distance if you think about the person getting better while concentrating.

The healing ability is the use of an energy field that flows through every living thing.

Psychic healers can use this energy to heal sickness of all kinds - Bishops wear amethyst rings to increase this ability.

It sounds like you need to continue using it until the illness goes away - different illnesses require different amounts of time. You may want to try 20-30 minute therapy sessions over a period of days.

Research "qi gong" if you want to learn how to master its use.
