Healing With Hot Hands
My mum has been really quite sick for a while now she has a kind of arthritis. I'm pretty sure its called rheumatoid. I don't really know how to spell it and she is in a lot of pain constantly and so I felt I should do something I just had this compelling feeling to try and help heal her so I put my hands on the particularly painful spots like her knee joints and shoulders but not all at once because I don't have that many hands anyway as I worked over her she told me my hands had become burning hot it was really odd though because to me they felt like they always did.
I put my hands on my head and tried to feel how hot they were but they still felt normal to me although they were burning my mum's skin and left red marks on her, it wasn't actually burning her but that was the sensation she was feeling. She told me if I were in freezing conditions I could have saved someones life with the pure heat if my hands. Turns out I didn't really relieve the pain very much only a little bit but she did feel very energetic afterward which was very unusual because usually she is very fatigue. I have had a lot of psychic experiences so I'm not to all of it but I can't seem to explain what happened with my hands if anyone can explain what happened it would be really helpful

Also, I think being a natural psychic actually has a significance for being in balance with nature, and I'm not entirely sure it's a good thing to go around turning people vampire style - this may not balance out well with the ether.
For instance: naturals seem to have a blue, gold, white or purple aura right?
But what if this actually means something?
What kind of aura do people have when they were normal then turned?
You'll want to absorb energy from nature to heal instead of using your own body's energy.
How you do this is you use the ability on ground or plants outside, and think about absorbing it.
I should note that you can also heal at a distance if you think about the person getting better while concentrating.
Psychic healers can use this energy to heal sickness of all kinds - Bishops wear amethyst rings to increase this ability.
It sounds like you need to continue using it until the illness goes away - different illnesses require different amounts of time. You may want to try 20-30 minute therapy sessions over a period of days.
Research "qi gong" if you want to learn how to master its use.

I am not sure what you mean by "turning people vampire style." "Vampires" would not attune to the higher realms in the first place and as far as "turning people psychic" there is no guaranty that Reiki would make you psychic, it attunes you to the higher realms and you have higher frequency/vibration. If you are already intuitive, it would of course amplify that ability. I know Reiki therapists that are not psychic and some who are very psychic.
Everything has its reason and the reasons originate in the ether, so the ether must have approved of Reiki, or it would not be in existance.
Reiki is not to just make money, its to heal others and the more healing the better. My focus is to heal and help as many as possible. I have made no money at it thus far, in the future I may start a practice, but you charge people to help pay for your business expenses, just like psychics:)
As far as making money... I think psychics actually charge WAY more than a Reiki practitioner ever would.
Also, why would it be a bad thing to turn people psychic? Everyone has psychic ability and if they use it for goodness, what would that hurt?:)
