I have seen spirits, I feel spirits, I sometimes know somethings going to happen before it does, I can tell if someone is having a bad day, I can sometimes here thing, I also have strange dreams and major senses of Deja vu!

Please help if you have read my other story. You probably can tell I am immensely confused and don't know what to do! I am young and this is all new and somewhat scary! The last week I have seen and felt people who are not there! I don't know what they want or what I can do to help! Please please help! If any of you know what this is what these people want or if you have similar problems (Or gifts) Please comment!

And I would like to know does this mean I am physic because I am very confused! This is all somewhat new to me and I need help! Am I losing it? Am I going crazy? How do I control this or is it uncontrollable? It is not that I don't want this it is just that I am learning to deal with it and I just need help and answers is all! I will be very happy if I get some answers or even stories! If you know anything about this or you go through the same thing please comment! I just need some answers. Nobody else in my family has ever experienced this!

Dont worry breath... And relax it will all be fine once you get used to it trust me I've been through some of these same problems wondering if I was crazy and wondering how to deal with it all and the thing that I found out is that no your not crazy cause there is lots of people who ask the same thing when they posses the abilities that we have and yes there is a way to deal with it all its just going to take time to figure it all out and trust me the internet is one of the best resources there is to find out all the information and research you need to know about your abilities other than books cause the books work as well:) well I hope I helped somewhat bye:)

well,frist don't scared, it happens to all of us some time or another, I never ask for this or even tryed toget better at it but still I have gifts, and I learned frist their here for a reason maybe to help you with some thing or they need help, with me if I don't understand what it is I do nothing and then it will come to me in a thought its allways the frist thoughts one haves that right don't fight it litsen to your self and it will come some time it take a day or two, go with the flow of things let it come to you no need to over think things

omg I'm feeling exactly the same don't know what to think. I keep seeing colours, normally white flashing lights or there's a man who I keep seeing, he just stares at me, I can only see him out the corner of my eye though because it freaked me out too much to look at him. Do you get really stupidly vivid dreams too?

Don't worry my friend, I'm new to all this too and it was overwhelming at first but the more homework you do the more comfortable and happy with it you'll become. The net is brillant to know you're not alone, not going crazy and a font of helpful knowledge. Like fossilera said, look up sheilding or psychic sheilding as it's a good starting point and gives you comfort knowing you can insulate yourself if you want.

first thing's first: Relax and take a deep breath.

You are not going crazy, and definitely not going insane.

Look up the terms empathy and clairvoyance on here, because it sounds like that is what you have.

I second the meditation, and you might also want to look up "Shielding" as well as "white light protection" to help keep the abilities under control.

And in terms of being scary, it will be for a little, but there is nothing to fear

It's okay! I'm new to all this too! It gets so confusing, but stay strong, things will work out! I believe that maybe meditating could help you a lot to control and enhance your abilities. Smile
