Fixing Myself And Bad Feelings

I am not sure if this really fits because I am new here. But anyway I do martial arts and I get headaches/pains often. And I do this weird thing where I imagine that that in either the center of my chest or in my head I have this kernel is perfection and then I began to move this weird wave thing inside of me around my body. And I can almost feel the badness of my body clump together and as I go through my whole body it's bigger until I get to my feet were I can feel heaviness inside of my feet and I push it out through the center of my foot and the weight leaves slowly and if it doesn't take away the pains then it really makes them much more softer. Any ideas what it is?

This one has kind of started to end but it still happens sometimes. When I am home alone, I get washed almost constantly that there is something evil in my home. I feel like there is something that is watching me. When I am sitting on my computer trying to take my mind off of it I keep on looking over my shoulder half expecting to see something there ready to do something to me. Once, I had been walking around the house and I had called my cell phone with the home phone. Now, on my answering machine I give a little sigh but I had the phone down by my side and I heard it very loudly as though something had picked up my phone and was breathing into it as soon as I heard it I was scared to death.

I know this is an old post, but I am new and had to reply. I am a martial artist as well. It took me a long time of researching and learning, chasing ideas through translating Chinese, etc. To figure out that martial arts is dangerous when the "chi" or energy component is ignored. Unfortunately, in the West, we learn a spiritually empty, bastardized form of martial arts that is heavy on the physical (and sometimes the violent/competitive). It used to be a given that people learned chi/energy cultivation and control as an integral part of the arts and couldn't even advance, let alone teach, until they had mastered these abilities. I am really interested in talking to other psychic or "in tune" martial artists to discuss these things. If you get this and are so inclined, please email me at dawnprince1964 [at] gmail.com. Thanks and hope to hear from you.

Maybe. Though the thing with the house had gottan worse as it went on. At first it was just like a 'Eh this place is weird' to the point were I felt like I had to keep a knife with me. Sometimes I would hear car doors shut like they were outside but I never saw anything. Heck one time I even think I've heard a voice call to me.

The first part of your story I believe to be part of a meditation I take part in sometimes. It sounds similar to what I do. The thing you were talking about with the energy building up and exiting through your feet is similar to a cleansing.

The cleansing meditation involves taking the earths energy and bringing it into your body. You then take your bad energy and let it exit through your feet and fingers back into the earth to be cleansed itself and recycled.

Since martial arts is spiritual in a way, it may have just been a natural reflex your body has developed after partaking in martial arts for so long.

As far as the second part of your story goes, I'm not too experienced in that area. It's highly possible that a spirit has either attached itself to you or is hanging around where you live. You'd have to ask someone more experienced in that area if you want help with that.

Good luck!
