Seeing Stars All Around Me

So for years, as far as I can remember, I've always had this one thing that keeps happening to me. I'll just be standing or sitting around and I'll start seeing stars all around me. At first it's all cool and everything, but then it will go black and it feels like I'm falling and all I can see are those stars around me. The stars will slowly start to pick up speed at first then go off into like a hyper drive mode. And at this point I'm freaking out because this giant white star is rushing towards me. And just as it comes crashing into me everything vanishes and I'm left standing/sitting there gasping for air and shaking/twitching.

And all of this happens in the span of a second or two, but to me it feels like hours have gone by. I'm breathing, my heart's beating fine, everything is fine with me (apart from being "different". I just don't know why this is happening to me. It's starting to scare me every time this happens. I don't know if something from somewhere is trying to contact me or is my soul just randomly trying to fly out of my body and take me along for the ride? Has this ever happened to anyone else? What is it called?

I would really love some answers if there are any.

Humans do experience obe, while some well knowledged psychics can do it at will. Im still in the process of learning it.

Lol. Thanks but I refuse to see psychiatrist. I looked up Astral projection and it made a lot more sense. Though I do appreciate it. You could be right about the unrecognised OBE, but daydreams don't feel like I'm being sucked out of my body and sent off into hyper space lol. ^w^

See your psychiatrist.
A possible explanation to that is unrecognized obe or vision.
Worse is day dreaming or escaping from reality.;) Love God above all.

If you have never looked at Astral Projection you might want to look into it. It may be possible you are projecting to that reality. Just a thought.

I took your advice and tooked up some of the possibilities. The only one that was close to what was happening was O/OBE, an out of body experience. But I've had several OBE experiences before and none of them were like this.

There are many people all over the wrold that are special like we are. We all learn differently. By posting your story I already know that your searching for some answers like me! If it's your time to learn you find a way to receive your answers. You should research all the abilities that excist, if you go to this websites references there's a chat room you can goin, Talk to your angel/guide and learn it in your own time. Pay attention to what ever unusual this happening and tryn fig thm out. That vision is message that only you have the answer to you just have to look depeer into your spiritual self... 😊
