Feeling Her Pain

I've had several psychic or paranormal experiences, but, to date, one that never shook me as hard as this one did.

For the past two days my friend has been absent from school. We all assumed she was sick, and never texted her to ask.

Not knowing the real reason she was out, we all just chilled in school, yet missing her.

Friday on the bus home, at 3-45, I got the most horrible feeling something hurtful and horrid happened. I couldn't feel my heart, or the left side of my chest. This continued for 5 minutes until I talked myself down and said that I was just being psycho. To remind myself

To ask people close to me if anything bad happened, I wrote the time on my hand.

I totally forgot by the time I got home, because I have a short attention span. I got onto Facebook, and saw a few friend's comment the absent girl asking where she's been. I asked as well. She told us her Nana has was hospitalized, and a final test showed there was nothing the doctors could do. She would go home and be surrounded by loved ones until she transitioned.

While typing, I saw the time on my hand, and asked via my status if any close friends had anything bad happen around that time. I knew my

Family was okay, because I saw a few of them, and would've heard something by then. My absent friend responded, saying that's the EXACT

Time the doctor said there was nothing more they could do. I was so freaked, I was visibly shaking.

All I know, is that even though I doubted whether or not I had abilities before, I am 100% convinced I have them.

I have heard of this before, partially because it happened to me as well. If would like to hear about the experience, one of my first stories on here mentioned it a little.

The best way I can describe it myself is that it feels like when you know something horrible has happened, but you don't know who it happened to.

It seems to be connected to empathy/telepathy, just because (at least for me) I only get the feelings when it's a friend that's in mental/physical pain.

If you ever get those type of feelings, you should always make a note of when they happened, and send a message around asking if everyone close to you is okay. And if you wish to prevent them, then you might want to look up shielding.

my feeling was as if I lost a large chunk of my body, namely, my chest... I do get feelings of something going bad, and have frequent headaches, but I'm in highschool, so somethings always bound to go wrong.

Same things happen to me. Do you regularly get feelings like bad things are going to happen? If so, what is your feeling like? I frequently get INTENSE stomache pain (as well as headaches, nausea,shaking...etc), like in my gut. Almost like the whole thing is knotting itself up, rather uncomfortable:/
