I'm psychic. Mostly in the way of being able to tell what people are like, and identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and also describing their personality.
Just recently, I met a girl, and I clicked with her. We spoke over the internet, the phone and everything, and within 1 week, we were suddenly, easily best friends. What amazed her is that the day I met her, I was able to tell her so much about herself, just be looking at her. She was amazed. Then, as our trust grew stronger, she told me that she could see ghosts.
I'm 15, and shes 16. I don't see ghosts.
She told me everything. She says that when a ghost is nearby, she smells jasmine all around her. She told me that some of her family members can see and smell the exact same thing she can.
She's made her family move houses 5 times.
She mentions that if she reacts when they make a noise, or call her name, or even if she gives them eye contact, they will know she can see them, and will follow her around.
She was warned to never look a ghost in the eye, and then turn around.
One time she went to some old house with her friends, and she smelled so much jasmine, so she begged to leave. However, as she was trying to leave, she mentioned the smell of jasmine, letting the ghost know she was there. So she turned around.
The next morning there were scratches allover her back.
She is so afraid, and I want to help, and I'm sure I can, and I understand her completely.
Now recently, I have noticed a shadow following me. It follows me everywhere. And it so vividly clear, and I'm not really scared of it.
I want to be with her and want her to finally do what she has never tried to do- speak with a spirit.
Can someone please give me advice on how to protect ourselves, what to say, and what to expect. And what would encourage her to take part?

She still sees "the bad people" at night, but she knows now to tel them to go into the light, and they leave her alone (most times, but she is 3 and doesn't always act as assertive as necessary to rid of them).
