Here's a little background before I start:

I'm 18, still considered young as I study and look into the different spiritual paths, but I can tell that a lot has changed since I first began. One of which is seeing the energy around me.

When I was very young I saw tiny moving dots in the air [kinda what it looks like if you spray perfume and watch the mist fall except it wasn't as thick] Well, I asked my kindergarten teacher if the air was made up of tiny pieces and surprised she said that everything was made up of tiny pieces called atoms. Later on in life I stopped seeing them, but they've quickly returned.

Only three years ago I began looking into different spiritual paths of neo-paganism, and for once I felt a connection to who I was and what I believed deep down [sorry if I weirded anyone out, I only added it because it's essential]. From there the search for myself began, and for some time I knew worked on developing some sort of extra ability to help me understand this new world. One of the very first things I practiced was working with my energy, pushing and pulling it towards me. Eventually I could feel the push and pull of others, but I never thought that I would see it. I hadn't thought about my kindergarten memory in ages.

One day I was laying in the grass and opened my eyes to see sparkling white orbs moving above me. Amazed I watched but never thought anything of it. A few months ago I saw them again, but this time I noticed the fuzziness around them moved too. Things became more complicated when I began to see movement around me, either out of the corner of my eyes or right in front of me (mostly occurring in my room or when relaxed.) I don't have perfect vision, but even when I wear contacts or glasses I can see a sort of mist in the room I'm in. Sometimes there are bright colors in the fuzziness [mostly at night before bed] but most of the time they're white and small enough that I can only see the clusters or them moving. Often I'll see a sort of either dark or brightly colored orb, but they quickly blink out of my sight.

I know that this isn't made up by my mind because it happens so frequently and I have a gut feeling about it. I've always believed that energy surrounded us, not just our bodies but in the air too. Once in science class not too long ago I noticed that my teacher had a dark red misty-like fog above he head, but when I asked a friend if she saw it she answered no. Soon after I realized that I was seeing her aura it blinked out of my view and I've yet to see a color that strongly since. I know I'm not making it up because I can see white and sometimes electric blue around my hands and arms, my electric [sp sorry] aura layer. Supposedly its the easiest to see, and I try to work on seeing it as much as possible.

Sorry I've written so much I needed to explain it all.

My question is, has anyone experienced this besides me, and what have you done so that it grows stronger? I know that the quick, white movements are something in the air, but I can rarely distinguish what they are [whether spirit, spirit guide, angel, fae, etc]. This path feels beyond right for me, but because neither of my parents have had any experiences I was hoping for some help from this site. It's never let me down before =]

I am Claircognizant and I definitely understand what you are going through. With whatever you believe in, as long as you believe in it, no one else's opinion matters. It's unfortunate people say that this isn't from the God, I believe that. I believe God has given me this gift. I am also psychic and a medium. I have successfully communicated with those who have passed and I can assure anyone who has experienced with what we have, we can tell if it's negative or positive. ❤

Okay... First... If there is one thing I believe, it is that there is no one truth. So I'm trying to control my rage at the person who ignored the rules and is trying to push his religion on others. Breath.

Moving on.

When I was young I woke up and walked over to the window. Outside was golden sparks/orbs everywhere in a yellow gold mist. They weren't moving, just soaking up the sun.

I thought I should tell my mom but for some reason I turned around, got back to bed, and fell asleep.

As for the auras... During my mental breakdown I could feel auroas around people. I walked into a restaurant and as I was in the doorway the man behind me's aura (which I had felt and was afraid to approach but forced myself to move) touched me... I turned and looked at him and he smiled at me, and inside I was doing everything I could not to scream and run.

Do I see these things now? No.

Do I feel them?

I can't answer that. I'm trying so hard to hold onto this reality. You need to fit in a little, right?

Hi!

I just made this account specifically because of this topic! I had to do a google search because I started seeing something very similar a few days ago! It was incredible! I too know the difference between floaters and what it is I saw. It was millions of... The best way I can describe it is little comets! They were small particles that looked like translucent glow around it with a trail on the end like a comet would have. The only difference with what I saw, was that they were moving about! It was like static in a way. They seemed confined to a grid if that makes sense... And moving aroud a central point of their own, but were freely swimming about nonetheless. I likened their appearance to seeing organisms swimming around in a Petrie dish under a microscope at first! They were still there every time I looked away and blinked and looked back and their movement was independent of my eye tracking. They were everywhere I looked and I could make them out very subtly even not looking at the sky. I was lucky enough to find a video on YouTube that someone generated by computer graphics that shows precisely what I saw! Maybe this will help others! I will share the link! I know a lot of you said you saw stationary particles that vibrated so I'm not sure if these would be closer to the atoms I saw someone mentioning that moved about rather than being stationary and vibrating!
Any feedback is welcome!

Hi all I am new here, just created this account because of the conversations I read. I have always been able to see things that apparently no one else that I knew could, I could see small dots everywhere, they were blue with white centers, it was kind of like some of the pictures of the white dwarf suns but there are billions of them, it was like being able to see molecules?...atoms? Sometimes while gazing at these I would see electric blue diamonds, and I am referring to the shape you find on the suit of diamonds card or a semi elongated octahedron, these were then again bigger than the dots and in far fewer numbers yet were harder to see, harder to focus on. When I asked about these as a child I was given the guessed at explanation that I was seeing the blood cells in my eyes... Well as I grew older I had the opportunity to see blood cells and they were not it, and no one could explain the blue diamonds. So I sort of just got use to my ability to see this and filed it away in the back of my mind under the category of my own unique weirdness and no longer consciously thought about it... Far easier than dealing with the weird looks etc. Needless to say I have not thought about it in a while. Well yesterday 6/5/14 I happened to be visiting a neighbor and during our conversations and because of the subject we were discussing I thought about what I had seen for all those years and mentioned it, when I got to the blue diamonds the reaction was immediate, she jumped up and went to her computer and in her email she had received a message earlier that day from another of her friends referring to the blue diamonds only this person called them Graces... So I found myself online trying to find information on this subject and I stumbled across this page. Oh and one other thing as a child I also discovered that if I looked closely at an object under bright sunlight I could see colors, no not the usual colors but on say a black stone or the silver back of a watch if I looked close I could see tiny dots of colors...blue, green/yellow and red kind of like pixels on a TV screen. Has anyone else ever experience this? Anyway all information is appreciated and it is wonderful to know I am not the only person to have seen such things. 😊 Hey, I have experience what you experience. The dot in the air moving around us. I think it is atoms that are invisible but we can see it moving. It is Aura. When I was little I seen it to many times and now I am a teenage and I still see it. It is natural and now I am getting use to it. Yeah I know what you mean. Through out the year I have this happening to me and it is getting stronger. I discovered that if you ignored it. It will be gone soon enough. I ask my parents the same thing but they say they don't have this experience before. What ever you call this experience. It means we have a special ability to see things in the air. That is what I think.

That's interesting. People would call me crazy when I tell them the things I'm seeing. I'm sharing quite the same experience. Even since I was a child, I saw these circles in the sky, sometimes connected through each other, and all the sky is full of "particles", moving like crazy. They keep fallin, and I don't know why, they seem to follow where I look (circles). I'm not saying it's a disease or a possible ability, but from my part, I wish it would be an ability. I kind of like the strange things that are surrounding us. As well, when I concentrate on a thing, and then suddenly I look somewhere else, that thing's shape remains. Pretty weird isn't it?! When I keep staring at my foot or hand, or something else, the actual image is dissapearing.
Anyway, I'm feeling a bit lucky, to know I'm not the only one:)

This is a very late comment to your experience and question however, I recently wanted to find an answer to what I also see and came upon this. From a child I also saw everything to appear like tiny moving dots (and still continue to). I did not think much of this until I would see shapes and asked other people if they saw anything too (they did not). My sister has it also but no-one else I have met. I have found that it's not something I can push (unlike you) or something I can get rid of. What I see I call "tingles", as to me they are a continuous mass of moving dots -slightly like that of a fuzzy tv, always moving. Is this what you'd see too or is yours different? I have no idea what it is or why I have it, I just do 24/7 day or night like moving dots over every single object/person I look at. I know I have nothing wring with my eyes they've been checked and I thankfully have no issues surrounding them or have had.

I've experienced "spiritual" things like this... When I was just 4 I seen the spirit of a dead relative levitate so to speak. I seen a few things in my days, and one time I seen a spirit so "there" that he wasn't see-through, I was 12 at the time, it was a boy around my age. Although he wasn't see through, his skin was so pale you knew he was dead... We caught eye to eye for I'd say about 2seconds then I blinked and he was gone... He gave me the feeling that he was in complete distress... The last spirit I seen was a woman all white spirit one morning as I woke up suddenly in a gasp at 20yrs... Now at 23, I try my best to close out to those things because I'm truly afraid of these occurrences. I've begun seeing energy flying around and was touched by something as strong as a humans touch...
A few months back I got the feeling to take a picture so I did and there was tons of orbs, big ones, and lights and weird shapes... So I asked to see one with my own eyes and one fabricated a comfortable distance from me. It was of decent size 100% there not transparent at all. I almost crapped my pants and went running lol and asked not to do that again... I constantly see things on the sides of my eyes and in front of them too... I can feel the energies around me whether there's one or multiple and sometimes it feels like a few people are standing in front of me half circle style... When I tried to meditate (once) my eyes could be open but I wasn't seeing my room... Also I asked if they could write something with my hand and it did, one word "fork". When it happened it was so fast like I thought I was there but when I realized I wrote something and came back to reality I realized I "hazed" out for a second. I asked for a name but it wouldn't reply... Also I get the Chills that everyone talks about, and sometimes if I think of something, or ask out loud, I get this tightening on the back of my neck and a burning in the top of nose similar to feeling water gives when you accidentally get some in there just less painful... I also have had "static vision" since I can remember. The world looks like a staticky tv, cept there's a picture behind it, but I've got bad eyesight though so... Theres more but I've said enough lol... Sorry for the long comment, I figure people who reads the site is interested in this stuff... I think these things just means I'm sensitive to spirits I know for sure I'm not a medium lol... I never gotten voices, or psychic impression or auras or nothing like that...

I am quite a bit older than most of the commented peoples, but I found this story and others quite amazing. I have been seeing orbs since a young girl, and someone once told me that it is just the reflection in my retina that is the light bending from the cones and rods. However, not many others have seen this, but I have worn glasses since I was 12. It wasn't until just a few months ago that I started seeing peoples light bodies (at least what I call it), but not in the way I've read about peoples auras, where it is foggy or colorful. It's more of either a bright glow or a dim grey and it doesn't extend all too far. I was bapitised when I was six, but when I was about 12/13 I began reading anything I could get my hands on that had to do with spiritual beliefs. I am a spiritualist, not religious (meaning bound to) for I am open to all ideals that shed light and love. I'm glad to know that there are others that see these orbs, almost like you can see the atoms in the air. You are the new children on this density, the indigos and I believe I am also part of that, but because my ideas as a youth got me trouble with my mother and some friends I had to tone it down so that I wasn't deemed the westerners idea of a "witch" or "demon". Neither of which are necessarily a bad thing thing, just energies that are focused I suppose. However, when you grow up in a religious home it can be quite damaging spiritually. I praise those that talk about these things openly, because before science it was metaphysics... And I see it the same today (aka string theory). The pulse of the Earth has sped up the past 30 years and with that so are the children. Never stop your quest for truth, for each ones road is different, yet the goal the same...LOVE. Its up to you how you get there and if we become more open and accepting then more and more "shamans" will emerge to the (their) light. Blessed be!

I can't tell you guys how much this means to me to finally look into this. I been seeing very tiny white orbs with tails flying around be also I can see "air" they float around very smooth. I probably see the orbs one time every year or two. I'm never afraid of them just curious about them. I always felt that it was some sort of gift... Well after seeing this web sit I guess not womp womp... Haha but all in all I am looking forward to finding out more. As I sit here typing this I am starting to see the orbs with static snow.

I wonder if its the type of person that can see this stuff? Good happy? Vs the dull and negative people.?

I know exactly what you mean I understand your story fully and have been experiencing the exact same thing since I was a child. The only thing is that because I was a child I had no way of explaining to anybody what it was. I figured my eyes were bad or i'll eventually end up blind. If it wasn't for this website and stumbling across your story aswell as similiar ones I have seen on here I would still think myself mad. Thankyou

Hi every a few month back I had this encounter with a brite white aura that appeared out of no where and touched my right forearm, I was in my Kitchen doing dishes and Listening to some music when something gave me that step back and take a look feeling. So that's Exactly what I did and when I stepped back that when I felt the touch of the Spirit or what else it was, so when I try to turn my head to see what's touching me my eye Automatically get blinded and teary by this white aura that was like looking up at the sun, and my body felt nothing but things like happiness, love, joy, care you know things in that Nature. Right behind the Kitchen sink is eulogya (not sure I spelled that right) of my girlfriends uncle I want to say it was him but I never really got to know him so I feel like why would he come to me before a love one? Was this a spirit looking after me or some one trying to reach out to me or is it some type of sign from within? I don't know can some help?

I thought I was alone, I have asked everyone I know if they can see what we see... And no one I know can... I have thought that it could be the energy around me, but I always thought that I was silly for thinking that, because I always thought of it as something no one can see with the naked eye, I have also thought that maybe my eye doctor messed up my eye exam, because he said I have 20/20 vision but I thought that maybe he was wrong and what I see around me was just something wrong with my eyes... But it's not, and sometimes I swear it looks like there is something moving in it... Also as a kid I seen really odd things in this field around me I sometimes wished that I couldn't see it... But that is a story for another time... I am glad that I am not the only one who can see this field... Yeah, I have the same thing going on. For as long as I can remember I've been seeing these little clear dot things everywhere, and also a clear liquid energy just floating everywhere. They constantly move. I'm 14, and I can still see it, during night and day. It's always been something normal so I thought nothing of it, but now I'm trying to figure it out, and wondering if its just something wrong with my eyes! Reading all the comments and your story have given me an idea of what it might be. 😆

Since I read about this online, I have started to see, these little dots more and more. It seemed like the understanding/accepting of it made it easier to see. I see really amazing dancing/flying white ones at the beach, I see clear ones outside caused by the sun or even sunlight coming in the house, and I saw purple ones flying around my boyfriends favorite motor bike. I really enjoy it. ❤ ❤ ❤

To All--

This has become a huge thread and, honestly, it's a bit overwhelming. But I feel everyone has great things to offer. I wish there were a way to save this all and expand on each comment, ask each person to elaborate on their experiences, how they did it, etc. But this is not exactly the forum to do this.

To me, this is a ripe field of investigation. It's not the stuff of overwhelming spirituality, but it's the kind of small observances that, to me, make us all more aware of what is out there. All these "life forms" or forms of energy---and they've been around us forever. Just now we are beginning to be aware of them.

I love it. I want to learn more about what each person has said, but it feels tough to do.

Suggestions?

Hi Felix! I'm not quite sure what the vibration is, but I'm pretty positive there are ways to open portals =/ I believe there may be one in my house. Sounds very silly, but there are spirits in this house, more than there should be if it was normal. My old room had a few (a child, a woman, and a man) and after moving downstairs I know there are two men spirits here.
Hello Lucinda. I have found out that the white orbs are good. =] I tend to see them outside, in the air naturally. I always thought that they were good, positive energy sparks or something, but now I believe they may be syphs (air spirits). Some say they are fairies others angels. No matter what you believe, they are good and they will respond if you talk to them =] They may circle you or just buzz close enough to get a look before moving on. I tend to see a light blue orb flash in and out sometimes. I'm not sure if you will start seeing spirits, but you can ask that they leave you alone. There are spirits that either follow me or call my house home. I sometimes ask for a blessing when cleaning my room or tell them that they may stay so long as they do not try to scare or hurt me or my family/friends. A few I think are even fond of me. Im 14 and recently I started seeing auras too. I was also told not to touch into auras too much cause you may see spirits, which is definitely creepy. Anyway I also read up a few books on auras, and searched the web to know more about it. Well, I'm not exactly clear if it's true, but I think when I was younger, around 5/6 I started seeing the tiny white specs floating in the air. Sometimes there will be other colours, but the main one was white. Now I'm not sure how it started, but I am beginning to be able to read people's auras. I can see their mood from the colours. I always thought It was just a headache cause I started having migraine when I was 12, I was told you can see colours. I also heard that seeing white orbs are a good thing, but the muddied colored ones are bad and you have to chase it out. Well, I'm still trying to learn how to chase the black-ish orbs out. But I hope I don't go too far in... Don't want to see spirits walking around me.

Hi there, I have similar experiences all the time but I still can't qualify what it is! AND ID REALLY LIKE TO! Haha.

For the past few months I've begun to see energies. I see something that looks almost like a gas in the air... But more stable...? And yet more fragile (- by which I mean to say, if my mind loses its-self in memory or analysis they are far harder to see - or vanish all together) My experiences have intensified. I see orbs, and misty light (not just stagnant - but almost dancing, with personality - it helps to disarm me actually). The orbs I see aren't particularly bright... More clear... With a brighter point in the centre and sometimes a very light tint of colour. I can see them whether I am in the light or dark however I wouldn't say they are "bright". On a few occasions I have attempted to communicate with them - however i'm generally a bit scared when I do so it's hard to make much headway. I have more recently had some interesting interactions where I see them vibrate and the surrounding energy vibrates in response towards me and then... I'm not sure... I figure maybe it could be an attempt to transmit thoughts to me... Or telepathic something... However I'm not getting the message. I feel the energy, but my thinking might be that my vibrational level is not heightened quite enough to actually interact with these beings.

Oh... And to add... It all started with my seeing slow moving vibrations in the first place... Though these are more faster and seem to have intention. But I wonder... Do portals exist... And... Could a random slow (but sizeable... 2 feet diameter sometimes?) wave pattern be something of this nature... (looks like a drop of water on a calm body of water)

This was long I do apologize but if anyone has a theory I'm all ears. I just want to know primarily I am safe... And a part of me wants to explore it if I am.

Forrest, I did look into the visual snow, it's very interesting. I do your technique a lot without really trying to. It's my form of meditation from spring-fall. Have you noticed it's gotten stronger lately? I always love spring because that burst of life that everyone talks about is a pretty physical feeling now.
Whitestar, I take your message to heart because of that. Energy is so easy to feel now, and I did try a few times to direct healing energy to a friend in high school with mixed results. Do you have any tips or ways that I could advance? Negative energy really affects me, especially those of my friends, but staying away from them is a bit hard. I've tried to put up "walls", but they are extremely feeble and tend to break easily with distractions. Do you have any tips? I would very much appreciate it. With the rush of Spring good energy is easy to find outside, but I'd rather sort this out again before winter =/ If you could email me lindsaynicole54[at]gmail.com or comment below I'd very much appreciate it.

I can experience this at will. Best I can describe it is white sparks that come in and out of existence... Within milliseconds. Usually with a bend or squiggle in their trajectory. I have noticed this from a young age, and have never had an issue is seeing them specifically in well lit areas (outside sunny day), and usually requires "spacing out"... With your eyes. Like blurring your vision to focus on what is right in front of you. I have speculated this is something that is happening within my eye's lenses or optic cord, that for some reason I (apparently not alone) can in fact focus on; strange indeed. For those new to this, find a bright sunny day, and stare into the blue sky. Try focusing your vision (or squiting your eyes to the point of barely letting light in)... Once you see it, stay focused and open your eyes all the way. They appear everywhere. Once you see them and know how to focus on them, you can see them at anytime, any light.

I have bad vision too... And I also see these things with or without my glasses/contacts. I've also expeirenced the quick white movments in the air, and have been wandering what both of them are... But I do know it's something from ESP... ^^;;
I still don't know what they are and I'm seing them right now...
And as simple as it sounds, You have a blue aura.
I see the same thing but with and orange glow surrounding my hands.
Neither of my Parents had had expierences like this either, but mine are pretty close-minded.

this is so weird, for as long as I could remember I have seen these dots. Some where multicolored most where whit though. When I was in kindergarten I saw all these dots kind of look like they were moving toward me? Then I saw other things I can't remember for sure what they looked like, but it caused me to go up to my mom and say, 'mommy, I can see germs in the sky!' they were moving a lot though, kind of looked like spirals? I don't know what caused me at the time to believe they were germs but my mother quickly said there is nothing in the air and that I was being silly. I kind of thought something of it but not too much, at 15 I started seeing them whenever I wanted, and sometimes when I didnt. Now I am 17. What brought me to look this up and leave a comment is, I went on a walk with my friend, literally the other day, we went to a exculded area of part of this beach I leave by. It was clear skys then. When I got there the first 5 minute I saw nothing, then all of a sudden in the air it started forming, what I call them 'spirals', spiral like things, it was a little dark then it would be white, it was coming down from the sky in two seperate places, and in the middle of those two spots was more swirls, it was moving very fast, but there were spaces in between them, its hard to explain exactly what it looked like though. I kept rubbing my eyes but it wouldn't go away. Then I turned to my friend and asked if they saw the 'smoke' she laughed and asked what I was talking about, then I told her to look in the air, and they said they saw nothing. I walked to one of the things shooting down from the sky I couldn't touch it, but I felt a little intense, then it moved, then there were moving dots. I have perfect vision and I don't 'see things'! Now I can see those dots whenever I want it seems. Those spirals though come whenever they want. I know the spirals are different and do not help you much but i, just like you, want to know what it is.

I saw a white smoky shadow like a white net silk fabric / veil floating in my room for a few seconds!
This happened to me few times when my husband went outstation. I bring my 2 kids sleep in our master bedroom. I notice it only appear when my husband not around & only in our room. When I saw it the first time, kind of look like white smoke. I ignored it because thought that it could have been a retinal trick because I weren't quite awake yet. Then last night, I was sleeping & suddenly I feel my feet itchy, thought what insect could be biting my feet at night? I opened my eyes, I was fully awake & saw the floating light, swaying back & forth. This time it was very clear & looks like a white net silk fabric or veil. It about my size few feet away. I watch until it disappear, then I went back to sleep. I don't know what it was but I do know that it was there & I saw it!

There's 1 guy, Mark S - BA in psychology explained... It sounds like ectoplasm. A ghost, in other words. It's also possible that you were having a semi-lucid dream or that you were in a quasi-sleep walking state. A lucid dream is one in which you realize that you're dreaming and "wake up" (become conscious, similar to your waking state) in the dream, but there are states in between normal dreaming and lucid dreaming. In a "sleep walking" state, you may not actually get up and walk, you may sit up with eyes open, but still be dreaming. It's unusual for adults to begin sleep walking spontaneously, however, and if you never had sleep walking episodes as a child then that explanation is unlikely.
Well, honestly I never had sleep walking as a child... I need more explanation for this. Has anyone experienced similar phenomena? Can anyone please explain? 😢
