Who Am I?

 

My name is Rachel. I'm 14 years old. And I'm different from other people. I'm an identical twin-- just thought I'd let your know that. I have a lot of emotions I feel. I never really thought anything of it. But then I started doing some research on it, and this site popped up. I think I have some clairsentient abilities. But I'm not sure. I need some answers. I can feel emotions of other people. Mostly of people I'm close to. I can feel the energy of a room sometimes. I feel the energies of my friends sometimes. When they seem like they're sad, I always sense it, and when they're happy, etc. When I dream, sometimes they come true, but not a lot. And it seems like my dreams are trying to tell me something sometimes. There's this guy I've had in my dreams a lot. His name is Cody. And me and him, well, let's just say we don't get along very well. (It's a long story). But I think some of these abilities started when I was in fourth grade. I had some kind of attack or something, I really don't know what exactly happened. But I passed out, and then I stopped breathing, and I think I died for a few minutes or so. But ever since then, weird things happen. I never really started noticing it until I moved in with my dad. And that was in the sixth grade. I moved in with him because my mother was really abusive. She started getting abusive after her mother died. But now, I'm just kind of depressed all the time, and I feel a lot of negative energy. I have deja vu a LOT. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But if it does, or if any of this does. Please let me know, I really need to find out.

I think that getting in touch with your inner space is most important and to just accept the emotions that you feel. I think it's a great quality to be empathetic or empathic. Either one is a blessing.
Do what feels natural in your quest to understand yourself, and just go with the flow by accepting everything you discover.
Learning and loving are very important in life, and you are already attentive to your personal growth. The care that you give to yourself is so important, and you are taking the right actions to help yourself.
Don't allow anybody to victimize you or make you feel like you're trapped. After spending many years in an abusive situation, I have had to overcome a lot of mental and emotional pain. I wish that an adult would have intervened in my situation earlier than at age 19. So, if you can, seek the help of an adult who you trust. Also, you might want to look into the I Ching. Don't laugh... That book changed my life!
As for your deja vu, I would say it's caused by your stress. From personal experience, I get deja vu when life just seems too unreal. You know, when circumstances are just so backwards and detrimental to your well-being that your point of view changes... Derealization is one of the extremes of that.

Just take in the advice you get in moderation and trust your intuition. You're going to be alright.

Where is your twin sibling?

If Cody does not make you feel comfortable then ask him to leave. Ask your Angels/Guides/God to make Cody leave.

Do you feel happier now that you are living with your father?

It is important that you live where ever you feel more happy, safe, loved, and comfortable. A school counselor is a good person to start with in regards to getting help with that.

Firstly, its a wonderful thing that you came across this site, its always good to share things with people who may be similar

Besides, you should be happy about your abilities, see them as special gifts, try to use them, to get closer to people, help friends... Always think that you have been given these powers for you are best suited to make use of them for the greater good

And very importantly Rachel, you are really young and have a lot in life ahead, so DONT let depression sieze you... Try to confide in a close friend and if it gets too much then try to concentrate on ther stuff

And as for you question, who am I?...Its simple you are a special girl who god thought worthy of giving such gifts.

It sounds like your an empath. You are picking up emotions and energys which could be very helpful if your lie. It also sounds like your getting preconitiion. As you practice the Preconition it will proboally get stronger. 😁

Depression is a common side-effect, and its not your fault. You seem to feel the emotions of others around you, correct? So it could be the overwhelming amount of others' emos and you just need to learn how to control that. I have helped others on a different site, and just mentally blocking the emotions helps alot.

It is hard being an impath. You need to learn to separate the emotions of others from your own or they can overwhelm you.
We are all a part of something greater than ourselves... And no matter how bad we think we have it there is always someone who has it worse. I agree with moongoddess on finding the perspective for the trivial things. They seem big at the moment but they are just a speck in the big picture.
Moongoddess - My teen years were hard too, bad homelife etc, plus trying to cope with the abilities. The mantra thing is great advice.
I didn't learn about visualization until I was in my early 20's. It saved me I think... It trains you to control your mind and what is going in and out of it. You were fortunate to have parents that sent you to see the african dr. Mine were religious fanatics and we know what that can mean for a person with "gifts"

Hey I want you all to know that just by recognizing that there are energies between all living and that coincidinces happen is the first step to what many believe is true enlightenment. There are so many things that brought me down in high school, family, the freinds who were cool, its so hard to get your mindset off of the negative things around you. I used to be so sad from the terrible things at home I would come to school and the whole class would be sluggish and tempermental just like me. That's when I realized that how I feel effects others and if a whole group of people feel one way you can walk into that circle and have the potential to feel that same way. Especially as a teenager you have to be careful with how intense you can make negative emotion. But on the other hand if you meditate to a mantra (a saying or picture in your mind that brings you peace) before you enter school or a group, you can ultimately control the overall emotion in the room to be happier. A doctor lived next door to me in some of my teenage years. My parents couldn't understand me so they asked him to talk to me, I began to tell him that my dreams consisted of a great journey with other people all searching for something but I don't know what it is nor do I ever find it. This doctor was born in sout africa and then came to further his schooling in the states so he was a very learned man. He recommended a book to me that you can pick up at your local library. It's called THE CELESTINE PROPHECY. I tells a story to help descRibe the 9 beginning stages of enlightenment. The first being a realization that energies and occurrances in the world are not merely coincedence. The second was the ability to see auras. Inthe book a groups of people in India secluded a sactuary in order to develop these abilities by taking sessions to sit and focus love energy on the plants that were growing and they would in turn yeild more nutritious fruit and vegetables and therfore becoming one with the land and Earth. These people were also all vegetarian. I can't say to change your whole lifestyle and be a monk but think about what you could do now to gain more monk like qualities. Energy can effect you in every sense and in any way. The key is to be able to step back and see it in a way where you put the Earth first. For example, If you were in a big battle against evil (negativity) and you were put here to be a protector of all living things just when you felt like you couldn't make it, you would pull out from under frinding a strength you didn't know you had in order to do the right thing for something bigger than yourself. When you think this way it is hard to care about the trivial things of school and relationships. It is a selfless will. The best sentence I ever heard was that human beings are the universe's way of understanding itself. So, what is it that you are here for? Whatever has innately interested you even as a child, you should persue as a career. This doesn't mean to grow up and focus on being just phycic. The world needs innovation and discovery, it is just waiting for someone among the human race to find more answers to unlocking themselves and the connection in the world no matter how small it may be. Everyone has a purpose and even though I'm out of school and still learning my abilities and trying to connect it in a scientific way, I know that I'm on my path and it makes me happy. Also, don't let what you feel become you. Your moods are supposed to change especially in the teen years but don't let it stop you from being around people. In fact the best way to learn to deal with it is to experience it. Those of you who are hyper sensitive should take the precautionary steps before they enter a situation where they don't like how they feel. Trust in yourself and strengthen your energy so that you believe no one can effect you and who knows maybe your high energy in social situations can make you the most popular kid in school.

Rachel, I am also 14 and I am in a similar situation... It seems that I have some abilities or not I can't tell... But sometimes I can tell things are going to happen (ok cliched I know) it happens and I just put it off as a lucky guess... Like I saw my sister one day and I could tell she was pregnant (I am a guy so its not "mommy" intuition). And when I am in school usually in the morning when everyone is tired and mad cause they had to come to skool, all of a sudden I get an instant boost of energy when I walk into skool... And how I feel is usually based on the weather... So when its sunny and nice I'm happy and when its rainy and mucky out I'm sad or upset but when its cold or snowy out my mood is not affected but I get this cold edge or chill all day... And one more thing when I am in a small space with a large amount of people I will get sluggish and tired. So don't think you are alone... I go to a catholic and I'm told that people that have or believe they have these abilities are condemed to hell, don't you ever believe that... All that matters is that you are a good person and treat people with the respect they deserve don't let anyone put you done because of who you are... 😁

This very interesting. Do NOT feel depressed. Concentrate and develop more of these abilities. I have heard about people (usually teenagers) that go through accidents and after that they start developing psychic abilities. I would recommend you to do research. Good Luck!
