There was this time when I had a friend over. I had just realized I could bend a PSI ball and make a shield out of it.
Anyway, we went outside that night, and it felt great. I felt so safe; I could have lied out there and gone to sleep. But all that changed in an instant. Suddenly I felt threatened. I told my friend to come behind me and stay there. Thankfully, she did what she was told. I threw my shield around us both (That took a lot of energy!), and was scanning around me. I caught a glimpse of the shadow of a man, then the shadow of a wolf, before I told my friend to run up to the house.
She did, and I was alone. I felt as if something was pushing me, on something just above my back, but I could feel it. Then it came from all sides. As soon as it stopped, I yelled at my friend to run and we booked it back up to my back door.
Was that a coincidence, I wonder? I don't believe in coincidences, so I would say no. I mean, it was too perfect. Right after I discover this amazing ability that could protect me and others, something attacks me. It had to have been planned, but who planned it? At any rate, I'm still not allowed to go out alone at night.
But lately, something's wrong. I can't really sense anything. And when I do, it's bad, very bad. I don't know what's going on. If anybody else is going through this, please tell me. Maybe we can figure it out together.
