A few weeks ago I was walking back from school when I bunch of strange auroras caught my eye. Not a human being in sight as for all the years of being a psychic (I'm 15) it scared me. So far my powers are high sensitivity seeing auroras talk to my cat and when I merely touch someone I can see their future.

When I walked inside my house, it appeared the stray aura followed me home. It messes with my emails always adding random symbols but it won't type any words. I try to help it move on but it floats closer. I don't know what to do. That's when I realized it was a spirit, being as highly sensitive as I am I can't be near spirits if they are in grief. But this one wasn't. He has been following me since and will never disappear not matter what I do. Whats going on? I need some advice on how to deal with this also if anyone has experienced this. My friends don't know and my parents would think I am a nut job cause saying, "oh I'm a psychic and spirits are following me" would make them so happy. I'm basically saying I am all stress out so please any help regarding my problem would be appreciated. My cat asks for help as well because he wants to be the one and only awesome psychic thing in the house.

wow, that's quite an experience from your childhood days! I can see now why the barrier would upset you if you thought you were harming or killing them. I always saw them uh, bounce off, kind of like a bouncing ball. But I am with you on this, I wouldn't want to hurt or kill any of them like that and it seems you are the same way. I'm a bit concerned about what your guardians are trying to warn you about. I think if you want to let it hang around awhile longer, that's your choice entirely as this one has done nothing wrong to you. At the same time I would take your guardian's advice, be prepared for the day you might need to ask this aura to leave if it likes to start causing you any pain. If it were me, I would lay down the law and tell the aura it may not cause any harm or pain to you or anyone around you for as long as it keeps you in its company like this. I hope you find the right answer for yourself and that no harm will come to you. Be safe and good luck! ❤

i asked my guardians why he wanted to be around me turns out he likes how happy I am. All the time because life other than my psychic life is pretty damn good. But my guardians say he seeks to only haunt me in the end because this spirit was a juvnille human who only likes to cause pain. When I was little and when I didn't know spirits can scatter if they areforced away I unconciously figured out how to create a protective barrier from the first spirit that haunted me.
Apparently when the spirit tried to get through it compltely scattered which made me think I killed it. I don't want spirits to disappear I want them to go to a hapier place. When they are eartgbound the are depressed which makes people like me with high sensitivity feel the same

Why don't you try telling it about your guardians feeling about it not being trust worthy and see what happens? It sounds like it likes you, but there would also be a good reason your guardians don't want it around... Wonder what they are sensing about it, did you ask your guardians that?

And what do you mean you destroyed the protection barrier and swore never to... Make a barrier again or destroy a barrier again? I didn't understand. 😕

To answer your question about protecting my house I did it once before but I was little and I thought I was a dream. I completley destroyed it. That made me very sad and I sworenever to try it again. I mean he isn't mean at all I see him trying to pet my head like I'm his child. But my guardians don't trust him. So for their sake I shall try. I don't have any friends with my abilities or even a hint of psychic powers so its true its like havin a imaginary friend but I can't communicate with him I can only see his aurora

I think you're lucky. If its not sad, then it probably just wants to be your friend. That's so sweet! I've always wanted to have something follow me home. It would be like having an imaginary friend that you can actually see and you don't have to deal with the problem of it being imaginary and pointless because its real! My friends have strange spirits that look kind of like blobs or auras follow them home too. One friend communicates with them by automatic writing. Two of them the sprits they are dead teenagers from the 60's or something. One turned completely evil and got real bad negative energy and chased of the other for a while, but she got that one out and finally found her poor scared spirit friend.

Unless its a negative harmful spirit, I don't see why its a problem. Some of these otherworldly creatures can be only half-conscious and more like animals than people in a way... Like they don't use language or understand a lot of stuff. It might have been curious and gotten lost. You might be able to get it to follow you back to the spot where you found it if you don't want it and then it might stay behind, or go back with its fellow... Whatever they are.

I've had things follow me home before too. It's creepy and sometimes irritating to me, others may find it fun or even cool. Have you had any luck setting up barriers around your house? Visualizing some sort of energy barrier surrounding your entire house (wall to wall, doors, windows, ceiling to floor) where things can leave but not re-enter, or something of that sort? If you can try that, then the next time this thing follows you outside the house and you get home the next day, you can shut the door and say "stay out, you are NOT following me into my home" and visualize it bouncing off the barrier. That's always effective to me. Another thing you could try (I don't know what you've tried previously), maybe use crystals such as quartz- to clear the space and purify the area, amethyst is also good too for clearing and purifying the room. I personally like using rose quartz because it's both calming and cleansing, I don't feel anything negative or disturbing can hang around when it's in the same room with me. Have any of these things worked for you in the past? ❤

It appeared like any normal human aurora the color of its emtion rised out if its form which is still invisable to me. Its like a breezy mist floating through the air. And I often hear little screams. I have tried reasoning with it but he just won't leave me be

How do you see this aura, how does it appear to you? Describe what it looks like to you, do you feel anything from it, or hear anything? What ways have you tried getting it to leave you, and you do want it to leave you alone?
