About Ki Energy

The first thing I want to say is that I'm not telling you this to look cool or be like some dragonball character. I'm a hardcore empiricist. I have always been a lean person, skinny I suppose. There are a few things on my mind right now that I would like intelligent insight on. I hit very hard for my size. I had a metal door back when I lived in the barracks. When I would get angry I would hit it. There were already lots of dents in it from people hitting it before me. When I hit that door my dents were bigger than any of the existing ones. One night in particular I was really angry. When I'm mad I don't show it at all except in my eyes. This one night I was with my friends outside my room and I focused all my anger into my punch as it hit the door as hard as I could. The dent I made was 3 times larger then any of the other dents. This was before I ever heard about ki energy or Qi or anything like it.

I know for a fact I have the ability to generate energy. I do it consciously now. It helps me push heavy weights in the gym on days I'm feeling weak or lazy. I swear I think I have the ability to extend my energy to things around me but I'm not sure. I have been trying to make a psi ball lately. Is it normal for my hands to heat up and get sweaty? This happens when I meditate sometimes. Am I supposed to use my conscious will and visualization to control this energy?

One last thing. There's something in my head I can make move, it feels like a muscle, when I trigger it I can feel something move through my body starting in my head then flowing downward, I have no idea what this is. I get headaches if I do it to hard or hold it. Do you know what this is. When I was younger I used to get these very powerful zaps in my brain that would scare the crap out of me, they were very intense. I don't know if any of this is related, I just need some insight like I said before. Please explain in detail, as I am a person of great focus on details. Thank you.

Iv read that in your right below your stomach is where your Dan tien. I hope did not misspell that. Many humans breath air into the top chest but all humans began breathing from the lower part right around the belly button. I first became aware of this back when I took voice lessons. Air regulation and controling your breathing are also very strong concepts in the military. I think by consciously focusing on a particular breathing pattern while meditating even for just a moment I'm able to center my being. Some form of stance and motion completes the crest then, once your energy peaks out there's a moment of complete thoughtlessness followed but the trough in the form of closing the energy exchange. First you feel, then you think, then you act. Act causes feel and the cycle continues. Because we are bound by time, its often very hard to do, think, and feel all at once, but often we try to anyway. Because we are all so caught up in life by fear, which causes fear and pride, our being becomes cluttered and scattered. Meditation and breathing control balances and gathers your energy to a single place only after expanding your awareness. Awareness = depth. I hope that made sence.

Pixy, you're thinking of adrenaline, which is a well-documented scientific fact and has nothing to do with ki or psychic powers. Everyone has the potential for it but we can't use it all the time. This could very well be the explanation for the big door dent.

Pixy,

What I meant was that yes, a lot of people actually do have superpowers, but on our vibration or our plane of existence, these powers only manifest when you enter a heightened emotional state or when someone attacks you with their power, releasing what I call "reaction abilities."

When this happens, the eyes and voice change, and some experience an extreme bodily energy.

But until then: stop punching things, you'll only damage your hand.

I have heard of people who through deep feelings wither it be fear, anger can trigger super strength. A mother lifting a car off of her child and so forth. I know some studies where done on this a few years ago, but not sure if there is any links on the internet to give you.
I'm sure if you search you can find them
It would be nice to harness this energy when feeling positive instead of negative energy if you know what I mean

While life energy concentrated in the hands can allow for "harder punching," this kind of activity causes arthritis.

"Iron fist" training is a specific style developed over centuries, and the people who do this all warn against hitting stuff without rubbing a special substance on your hands afterward, otherwise you develop arthritis and then can't hit anything anymore.

And yes, there is a part of the brain that only activates when your body circulates chi. My only advice on this is to stay away from doctors on this matter - don't tell them about it, as they are paid/taught to deny the existence of chi, and will treat you as a mental patient.
