Specs In The Air?

I am 16 years old, I have a weird eye, read my other story: Mind Hacking, Soul Reading, My Eyes? It explains my eye. Well, I was told that it is probably why I can see other peoples memories. But, just today I was lookin' at the sky and I realized that I could see a bunch of bright specs or white specs that moved, and every so often a weird shape that almost looked like a cell would fall downward. What are these? I mean, are they bugs or is it an ability, does it have to do anything with my eye? I have questions about this, if it is an ability what can I do with it? How do I control it and train it?

I also was lookin' at the sky today when I realized that there was a plane flying but in front of that plane there almost looked like there was a clear trail, and it was weird because the plane followed that trail exactly, I was curious if this was an ability as well or my imagination or if it connects with the above paragraph and if it is a separate ability, again how do I control it, what does it do, and so. It'd be great if I could get some answers on this and if other people have had similar or the same experience as I have with this because I, like I said, really need some answers on this.
