Bad Dreams

I am Nicole, I am 17 years old. Recently I have been having bad dreams. They come to me every 3-4 days. There has been a couple of different ones but they are all near enough related. There is one where I am laying in my bed and first my hand begins to sink into the bed then my whole body starts to sink and before I know it, it feels like I am floating. I have to force myself awake because I feel like something is trying to take my soul or energy. Another time I was laying in bed with my eyes closed and there was a man next to me in my bed. And the way I was laying made me feel like I was hugging him. And I could feel myself getting weaker next to him and once again had to force myself asleep. Another time I have been in my bed and this man is standing next to my bed watching me, but I feel myself getting weaker. &if I don't force myself awake I will never wake up. I also have another one where this man is talking to me and I picture his face but can't picture it when I'm awake, he speaks to me in a different language I don't understand. &i have to force myself awake. When I wake up I feel weak and my eyes begin to shut and go back into the same dream, I have to fight it off. I am scared if I don't wake myself up, I will never wake up. Everyone laughs when I tell them. But I get the feeling this man means something and why am I having these dreams regularly. The next day I feel weak and tired. I need this to stop but I don't know what is causing it, I'm afraid if ill leave my body. Can anyone help me?

Sometimes both spirits and people tend to draw energy from us while we sleep since its so easy for us to leave our bodies. They need this energy in order to manifest and not all of them do it on purpose. I've had this happen to me before and managed to stop it after my ex (who was into Santeria) told me to use a glass of clear water and a teacup dish filled with salt and put on the floor at the foot of my bed. Before going to sleep, I would put a barrier around myself and I would do a meditation and prayer to the archangel Michael to protect me. After awhile, the energy thief attempted to get close me again, but I continued with my newfound reutine and he stopped completely. When I finally checked out the salt and water after all of those nights, I noted that the salt had blackened and the water was grey. To this day I still down know if it was a psychic vampire or just a spirit out for a stroll preying on me. It was years ago anyway, but probably my past experience could help you. 😊

Not to alarm you but this sounds like it *could* be an energy vampire, a.k.a. Psychic vampire of some kind. If you are feeling weakened by the visits from the spirit or person, that's probably what it is. It sounds to me like it is the same entity doing it each time form your description.

You need to find a way to protect yourself.
There are lots of ways to do that but one which is quick and useful is to take a bath in salt water with some vinegar added and read Psalm 91 which is a Psalm of Protection, with a strong intention that that which runs the universe will protect you.:)

Here is a copy of it for you. Http://www.chabad.org/library/bible_cdo/aid/16312

It is used by not only Jews and Christians but even Santeria aka Voudau. It is used by all these people because it works.

Dream paralysis usually feels like someone is sitting on top of you and that you can't move. This sounds different from that.

Have you ever done any experiments with astral travel or ouiji boards? I ask because protection is always necessary when doing any sort of psychic or occult stuff.

G-d/dess bless you.:) ❤

Hi,

I'm currently researching into this, apparently it's some thing called Sleep Paralyis where my mother suffered it when she was little but not me.

I'm investigating whether it's actully a paranormal demon, if you can touch a door handle, it should stop as long as it's an old metal. Try not to be scared and relax, and you'll need to be strong against it and show it whos boss:)

This is coming from a very different perspective, I know, but what if your dream and the ones others have commented about are simply telling you point blank, that when you contact the spirit world, the spirits gain control over you?

It seems to me that all these similar dreams are showing people in a different way what they are experiencing. Sometimes we listen better in our dreams.

I myself have had many dreams with meanings, but I have never sought for them or tried to induce them. I would stop any and all contact with the spirit realm, renounce it out loud and see what happens.

Please email me at LouraFriend [at] yahoo.com if you have any questions.

I know it might seem silly, but dreamcatchers worked for bad dreams for me. I think they help keep bad things out of your dreams. I don't think there are 'bad dreams' unless something interferes with them, myself, but it's just speculation.

All I know is I used to dream of my, or my families death every night as a kid until I got a dreamcatcher for next to my bed.
I seldom get bad dreams now.

I had the same experience a couple of years ago, where I was lying in my couch asleep. I dreamed that someone was choking me, not my body but my soul.
I woke up, but felt so drained of energy that I fell asleep again and the same thing happened over and over and over again when I woke up just to pass out again.
To this day I have no concrete answer to who or why this happened.
Though I have my speculation that someone wasn't happy with the current situiation I was in at that time. That it was time for me to pull myself out of my misery and continue my life.
I still believe to this day that if I hadn't managed to drag myself away from the couch I would have been dead.
Maybe it was a test to see if I had any fighting spirit left. Who knows.

I'm quite intrested in dreams and I do my best to learn how to interprent dreams.
The best thing is to analyze your own dreams. It's only you who knows yourself best. What was your feeling and thoughts about the dream? What colors was displayed? Was there something particular thing or person in the dream that you reacted to?
If you were at a certain place, what emotions/thoughts do you have to that place?
What is your current living situation? Is perhaps the dream symbolizing your daily life or something that you are yearning for?

And so on.
I hope this will help you, just a little.

Sincerely
Nahlire

Hi!
Unfortunately I can't help you, but I have the same problem. It is sometimes almost impossible to wake up after this kind of dream, it's like all my energy is stolen and sometimes I feel someone is really touching me like every time they touch my body looses more energy, like I'm a puppet.

I don't know what it is and it's hard to resist it.
