Experience: It was approximately 9 A.M. I was home alone, I felt a dense presence in the room as if I had been closely observed by entities. I felt an overwhelming presence consume my body. I began to feel sharp pain in my foot, the bone in my foot started moving in and out of socket on its own, you could see the bone moving. I headed towards my bed with the pain in my foot, I believe it took place in my right foot. Once I reached my bed I lied down, moments later a portal began forming above me, this portal was in fact translucent. The portal appeared to be absolute darkness, looked very much like the sky without stars, however the portal began forming colors on it's edges first started with red, then a yellowish color. For some apparent reason I kept repeating out loud "take me two years into the future from this exact moment in time and space continuum."? I felt a wave go through my body, a visual image of bluish energy running up my spine, I felt as if I wasn't solid, like I was floating on air or possibly even floating on water. I consumed the pain in my foot, the portal closed and I was normal again.
My Opinion:
I would like to state that I was 100% conscious during this experience and it wasn't an OBE (Outer Body Experience), I believe that my desire triggered my subconscious. You see this experience was unintentional, I wasn't sure what was exactly occurring. I personally believe that the bone shifting in and out of socket was a minor shape shifting experience, it also had the equivalence of possibly being my ungrounding experience from the earths star which keeps me gravitated on the physical plane, so that I could dematerialize and move beyond physical matter and rematerialize to my new destination. I'm also unsure to whether the portal actually finalized. The wave I felt go through my body could of possibly been my hara line. I think what stopped the process was my conscious didn't agree with my subconscious, and I think subconsciously I knew if I were to consume the pain in my foot it would end the process.
What If:
I believe if I would've successfully performed this physical teleportation or time travel that I would've possibly been sorta raptured and would've been missing during those two years, because I would've been in my energy state, however to me it would seem instantaneous. Most likely my family would assume I was dead, would've been one hell of an experience! I'm still looking forward to mastering this ability, I believe it's one of my natural attainable abilities.

I just finished reading this story. I thank you for sharing it but you can take this advice or not. It is up to you.

Well this is what I believe because you seem like someone who is seeking answers for your experience.
This is not teleportation or O.B.E, however you showed signs of being attacked by an entity who reveal itself to you. Thus the pains you felt.
The portal opened because you probably have a guardian watching over you who helped you out. Hence the reason for the pain relieving after the portals closed.
