Waves Of Light

I'm new to this. I don't know if I'm crazy though my parent's think so =/ First off: I see waves of light, like a surge of lighting everywhere I go and at night I could see it stronger and sometimes I see like orbs of it well not exactly orbs but like balls of surging energy and when someones next to me and the energy's strong I could see white light around them or aura's I think-i really need help because my parents don't believe me and their really treating me like a freak, which seriously hurts:[ by the way I'm new to the site not to the experience I've been seeing this since I was 8 but a friend recommended this site. Also a couple of weeks ago I fell asleep early because I was feeling like something was pulling me into a dream (sorry if that doesn't make sense I don't really understand this myself) and in my dream which didn't feel like a dream, it felt like I was awake but asleep anyway, in the dream wake thing (yeah I'm confused too I can't explain this well) I was lying on my bed like iv woken up and saw a black figure about the size of a 6 year old at first I was like 'uh okay...who...' then the figure grabbed my neck

I was like 'a dream just a dream' then the figure moved its hands toward my shoulders and started shaking me at first like a rocking motion then it shook me what felt to me like a 5.6 earthquake I was freaked so I grabbed it's shoulders (yes it was human shaped) and shook back until I got pissed and said 'GET OUT AND LEAVE ME ALONE SHE NEEDS ME' I don't know where the she came from and then it poofed and I woke up (real world not the dream awake thing) I wasn't on my lying down I was on my side but I felt like throwing up and my head was spinning. Am I crazy? Please help!
