Real Psychic Experiences

Power, Energy

It's a weird feeling, I can feel people's energy, but only at certain times. I since it more when the person's feelings are strong about something. But it's almost as if that energy charges me. I already have a strong will to fight (a very wild fighting spirit actually) All the time, more recently now, I feel strange tingling in my hands. When I get this feeling, I often envision myself. It's hard to explain. I see these globs of light blue floating around the parts of my hands that feel the tingling. I don't see the blue on my hands in the flesh, but when I stop and close my eyes, I see my hands, and around them hangs the blue stuff. Anyway, the tingling oddly enough makes me want to fight. When I one time truly embraced this feeling, I broke two random boards outside a metal broom handle, but more worse than that is I knew I broke the things but couldn't stop. This power charges through me, it fills up my whole body. I have learned to control it more now. I am an ex-Tae Kwon Do (martial arts assistant/teacher) and worked a lot with weapons, could this be part of anything? It's very hard to explain what I mean. I figured at first it was most likely just an anger issue, but I am very hard to anger and that doesn't explain the blue "energy" that surrounds whatever part of the body is absorbing the strength. The burst of energy is amazing. I feel like I could go non-stop. It's the feeling of hatred that overwhelms me along with it. For all I know I could be imagining it, but this has been going on for so long, I don't understand how something like this could happen or what it is. I have a deep interest in chakras, only after this thing started happening to me. I looked through books of Japanese spirituality, because some things sound similar to chakras. I'm not in desperate need of anything except for curiosity mostly. I've been trying to solve this riddle for over 3 years.

I know this is an old post, but I am suddenly finding so many martial arts posts on here and just feel compelled to reach out. I am a martial artist as well. It took me a long time of researching and learning, chasing ideas through translating Chinese, etc. To figure out that martial arts is dangerous when the "chi" or energy component is ignored. Unfortunately, in the West, we learn a spiritually empty, bastardized form of martial arts that is heavy on the physical (and sometimes the violent/competitive). It used to be a given that people learned chi/energy cultivation and control as an integral part of the arts and couldn't even advance, let alone teach, until they had mastered these abilities. I am really interested in talking to other psychic or "in tune" martial artists to discuss these things. If you get this and are so inclined, please email me at dawnprince1964 [at] gmail.com. Thanks and hope to hear from you.

It may have something to do with your martial arts I see a lot of blue energy when I work out the most perhaps if the trouble doesn't go away you could cut back on your activity and emotions.

Oh dear... But then, I never thought I could reduce the amount of coffee I drank, until I did ^^ So I will make an effort to consume less chocolate as well.

Yes food allergies is an interesting topic. My friend's mother is an ocupational therapist and a kinesiologist, and she has a lot to say about the affects of food on children. Very interesting.

And I can attest to the effectiveness of Qi Gong--said friend used to do it, and brought me along once for a trial session. My body felt so calm afterwards, I wish I had the money to continue lessons (alas, text books consume most of my money these days).

Blessings

alcorel, I only addressed your story from a whoistic approach, which covers the basis of diet food consumtion. Many people have allergies. Some whom have Adhd/depression in cases experience chemical reactions to Chocolate and caffine.

Re Chocolate, it contains caffine so hence the reason to include. In moderation Dark Chocolate has antioxidents. And can have a calming affect. But if a person has food allergies not the case.

Longevity.about.com/od/lifelongnutrition/p/chocolate.htm

The main reason I pointed toward observation. Is all of us myself included must know and recognize any trigger situations.

I only see that by your story there is a displacement of energy. Keep looking for a few combinations: One that allowes you to observe, 2nd to balance, 3rd to ground the energy. (You can research on line).

You may wish to investigate a book called Yoga Nidra which has breath work and body positions to create an even flow of energy.

Or speak to a teacher of Qi Gong whom is familar with the metaphysical. Tell the individual about your experience and see if this is for you plus compound any type of belief system that will focus on reaching for a spiritual plateau.

Best wishes

actually, as weird as it sounds... I don't drink caffine, because it messes with me, no coke nothing, occasionally a starbucks maybe once a month. Not sweets, I want to watch weight and stay healthy, and NO CHOCOLATE! I don't like it 😳

albcore physical positions have to do with moving energy, this can create a build up which moves toward the limbs and settling in the minor chakras, hands, in addition using a fire of emotions to increase. In addition this is pointing at other areas that could possibly point toward trigger points.

Points to look at 18th Aug? Did you have any situations that would cause fear or fight adrenaline to start?

Other items that can exacerbate this are caffine stimulants: coffee, coke soda even Red Bull?
To cover all bases: any stimulant weather recreational, alcohol plus cigaretts, chocolate should be eliminated.
Ceasing any martial arts would help.
This just a general list!

The situation with blue energy is an alignment with the primitive survival part of mankind and this also affect the lower subtle bodies: emtional and mental, hence the scenario of the energy moving up and out instead of grounding or settingling in an area in the aura until you wish to utilize.

If you need immediate remedy: a grounding technique by picturing an anchor at your root chakra that goes into the earth. Allowing all that excess blue energy to drain into center of earth. For balancing use Gassho which is a Buddheist technique.

something rather strange just happened, as of this very moment it is still happening, almost like pulsations in my arms. Coming from my shoulders straight down to my finger tips. I'm almost cringing every time, but not of pain, of energy. It only lasts for a few moments. My arms are getting cool chills (those little bumps) I have to hold myself back, I want to attack, or something crazy like that. (that probably sounds way weird and like a lie huh?) it's the truth though I don't know what I'm going to do. There will be no sleeping tonight if this keeps up 😕

This is a fascinating subject. The person to whom this energy belongs is an ancient Samurai warrior from the 13th century who just happens to be in the process of reincarnation at this time. The tingling in the hands and the blue light are the result of actions you've taken in the past. Its the result of strong emotions as a child which have attracted the Samurai warrior. The blue light is the result of etheric discharge which is akin to static electricity attaching itself to the hands.

What I suggest you do is adopt a defensive posture as soon as you feel the build up of emotional energy. That way the warrior will back off and leave you in peace.

Wow I relate to you a lot actually. I use a particular type of focused energy when I'm in the gym. I used it a lot to get through infantry basic aswell. Be careful though, you might end up hurting yourself if you let it get out of hand. Equally important is learning to control it when you have anger directed towards another human being.

Here's what I do. Right before a set (in the gym). I separate myself from conscious thought and take a few breaths into my diaphragm. Then, maintaining this focus, I release and start my reps. The more reps I do the more energy that's built up. When I am in my most heightened state, usually while benching, I get an intense feeling in my head like I'm supercharged. This also happens when I fight, the harder someone hits me the more energy I feel. I have come pretty close to hurting my body in the gym because I did not control this. I have also come really close to hurting my friends when we box. I'm quite certain your energy comes from what you learned in your training. A way I learned to achieve balance that works really well is to stretch then breath in deeply and charge my energy as I breath in, as I exhale, I release my energy and focus on calm and relaxation. I hope this helps. Please try what I just explained, if you are anything like me it will help you alot, sure helped me. Feel free to ask any question.

abcorel I do believe that when we put our energy to something it makes sense that it would store in that area such as the limbs and rise with the intent to fight. My feeling is the martial arts would have a tendency to store and buid up. But this can be channeled and balanced.

My sense is you are looking in the right area of Japanese spirituality.
You may wish to investigate mindfulness in the mix plus Mundra hand positions, if you are comfortable with chants. Goodle the interview of Tina Turner with Larry King Chanting. Observe any symtoms you feel and listen what our mind, emotions say. The main objective is to beome an observer hence manipulate and understand ourself to gain mastery.

If you wish a suggestion on a good book for mindfuless just request and I will enclose on monday.
