I am a seventeen year old new psychic seeking help and wisdom to help figure out the extent of my abilities. I have at a young age been interested in paranormal and extraterrestrial things and have a strict honor code on how to always help and protect people for which I cannot explain.
To begin my question, My friend and I have become recently more interested in paranormal abilities, I myself was a skeptic at first I have had more UFO and extraterrestrial sightings in my life than paranormal ones so had few experiences to believe in. I have been told by a few psychics that I am a willed soul, a strong empath, and have high sensory abilities such as sensing aura and other things such as that. I was also told by the same reader that I am strange for an empath because I am calm and collective, but most if not all empaths have swaying emotions and suffer problems from being able to feel others minds and emotions. This same reader told me that I have a rare ability that is bare with me a mental block (or a shield if you will) which helps to keep others feelings and seeing ghosts or demons of a weaker or normal range of energy from harming me because they are not strong enough to get past my "shield". I also have problems meditating and speaking to my guides, I have been told it is because they do not wish to reveal themselves to please do not want to sound needy but any help or wisdom anything will be appreciated.
