When I was about 16 or 17, I had the strangest experience with a blue lady spirit. I remember that I was asleep in my bedroom next to a window around 2 or 3 am. The room all of a sudden started to get cool and I woke up but I could not move my body in any direction. I was stuck staring face to face at the beautiful blue Lady spirit. She was almost transparent with a Carolina Panther blue for her outline. She reached out and touched my lips, and I screamed as I fell out the bed and downstairs in my living room. I really wish I had a clue of whatever she was. Other than that experience I do not see spirits frequently. I wish I did tho, I think it would help me heal people a whole lot better.

Lately I have been having dreams where I hear this vibrating noise kind of like a high pitched sound wave. And then I start to hear voices like voices of my parents, friends conversations. The whole time I am completely aware of my body though I cannot move it unless I consciously try to wake up. I do not know if the conversations are going on in that NOW or if they are the future or just in the dream. I do not really remember what is being said. Usually if I feel anxious in this state I will call my Guardian Angel to help or surround my self in light... Maybe I should try to leave my body or something.

I have also been trying lately to get in contact with my spirit guide. I know for a fact they are there. I know that somethings in my life have their influence in manifesting. I just wish I could at least see them at will or hear them. I do not hear or see much I just get these impulses to do things, like a inner knowing or something. That is really cool and all but I would LOVE to hear or see them better. Guess I need to keep practicing. If anyone had any suggestions I'd appreciate it!

Does anyone use the Cabala Tree of Life Meditations on the Spheres of Your Inner Conciseness to solve problems or go on adventures? Some interesting things have come forth from my meditations. I do not really know what I am doing. Everyone who offers Path working charges a expensive fee. Any suggestion?

by the way... I also strongly believe that the transparent blue lady is totally responsible for the guiding the path of my daughters life... Which has led her To and Through her Higher Education Facility both here and abroad... Which in turn brought about her current position at an internationally known employer... And most importantly placed her in a loving relationship for the past 5 years... With a man worldly renowned...
...ok...now...who wants some free glow in the dark rosary beads...

ok I totally got this one for you... I lived threw the exact same thing... From my youth in dreams... To my teens where I went through the whole "cant move my body" thing... All the way into my adult years where I finally gained enough control to be able to make the high pitch vibration thing occur on demand and also focus in on the voices... Which I can some times make out what they are all saying if they all don't talk at once... Which is very rare... As for the Transparent Blue Lady... My daughter now has been coming to me with storys of seeing her as well... THE last time I was face to face with the blue lady I asked her what her name was... She smiled and looked deeply into my inner self (so to speak) I don't know how else to put it... But I could feel her eyes as if they were passing over every cell in my mind, body, and soul. Like I was being scanned,, I'm pretty sure I know who she is... So when ever I see her I repete these words over and over... HAIL MARY FOR OF GRACE THE LORD IS WITH THEE...ECT...give it a try... See what happens

Hello ibright,

Reading your story has got me very intrigued (and pretty freaked out also!). About 2 months ago, I woke up in the middle of the night (which never happens unless something wakes me up) and standing over me was a blue lady. She was also touching my lips and trying to open my mouth. She had really long wavy hair. Now that I think about it I suppose she was quite pretty but I didn't feel that she had a good energy although she didn't concern me too much. She was almost inquisitive, but there was something that I didn't like about her.

I didn't have the sleep paralysis nor did my room go cold but the rest of the experience is uncannily similar. I wonder what this means? Surely at least the blue has some symbolism? I wonder if it was the same spirit and why she visited us...?

There are so many strange things happening to me and I am very open minded but I just feel like there s a invisible barrier that I am to cross... I WANT to understand some spirits, elementals... I wish I understood my abilities but lately my mind has been flooded with past mistakes that I have a hard time letting go coupled with negative emotional dreams... I dunno... ... I actually don't know anything about the spirit thing you speak of, but I think your inability to move is because you woke up in sleep paralysis... Which happens to everyone when they are in the deepest level of sleep, or REM sleep. The voices you heard are related too. People trying OBE (out-of-body experiences) speak of a "Phase state" which they use to seperate their astral and physical bodies, and travel in their astral bodies. They hear voices in that state... I have too.

ha ha... Cool... Thanks for the respones... I like this site makes me feel like there's enough of us to go around, empaths, daydreamers... People who look out side the box... I was wondering if anyone had any advice on seeing faries? Had a few experiences with some... One time I was meditating to the Violet Fire, really powerfull mantra... And I felt and saw footprints slowly walkin up the bed... I got scared not because of the energy. But because it was just wierd...

I wish she would come back. Later I found that she was a fairy that specilized in distant healing... Which is what I doing before she showed... I think these alternate universes are cool. I feel like were are the 3rd generation of X men...

Well hey with in the last 3 month I have been slaped pinched and other stuff by spirits it isn't always the funnest the one time it felt like I was hit by a bat and nocked on my butt with pounding headach. And at Rashidah knowledge is power but remember knowledge is ment to be shared as longs as some one is equipet and gots a good mind set. And also Rashidah angels have been calling you out latly I don't know if its bad or good they just said I should talk to you for the elements of earth and god run stronge with you. An some thing about man under the bed.

I'm sure they will Rashidah, as I've only been aware for just under 2 months now. I've told my friends and family about the Scala Field and some of them laughed at me.
The funny thing is, they started to experience things like random thoughts becoming true, which has made them more open minded about it all now.
It's just a matter of time:)

I've never seen a lady ghost before but I did experience something almost similar in 2006 when a female ghost pinched me in my sleep I could tell she was female by the shape of her hands and how tiny her fingers were also I'm sure it was from blue energy because I backtracked my thoughts of the day thinking what I had done to conjure it up. I'm not sure how to control these things I'm just a receiver I had no idea you could control it I thought it was just random.

You should definitely try to leave your body. It sounds like you can astral project from what you've explained. When you wake up consciously paralyzed and vibrating, hearing noises, it means your spirit is ready to leave your body. This is known as 'the vibrational stage'.

Maybe the beautiful blue lady you seen was your astral body. I've had this experience too, only I seen a black apparition.

If you can leave your body, that would be awesome:D You said you wanted to meet your spirit guides, well this is the perfect opportunity. You'll meet your higher self too.

You will come across many beings and entities. Many are loving, however you get evil entities too. Don't fear anything, you can't be harmed at all. You are perfectly safe:)
