Evolving My Powers, Giving Thanks

I don't really know exactly what to write about, but ill start with my past experiences. As you know, if you've read my other entries, I'm a bit of an empath, as well a having a bit of telekinesis. I can somewhat control fire and energy, and other things like that, as well as seeing the future in my dreams, and the whole strength thing. Well, anyways I've been trying to control these things in what little spare time I have. The dream thing, I have no control over, at all. The fire thing, I have not tried yet, but I'm going camping this weekend. The empath thing, I think I've completely lost. The energy thing, seems to work very well. I can't manipulate it but I can "re-charge" in a way. Plus I can "re-charge" plants. For example, there's a rose bush with other flowers on the side of my house. There's this one flower that was starting to close the other day, and when I saw it, I touched it and breathed out (how I store energy) and then I walked by it five minutes later and it was completely open. I have noticed, however, that I can do more with heat than energy. For example, if I transfer heat like I transfer energy, I can feel the heat traveling through my body. Plus I can focus on my hands, and it feels like they get really hot. I don't know how to control these abilities more, except for the telekinesis, and heat things. And thanks to all of the people who have been giving me advice, especially paymon. Thanks for all the help guys. I wouldn't mind more!:P
