Visitors In The Night - Looking For Advice

Ever since I can remember I have been aware of presences in my room at night - wherever I live or stay. There have been times where I have woken up in fear however more often I feel fine about it - just a little confused.

There is often a regular 'visitation' I experience where something without an identifiable form floats over my head - it's usually white. I sit or lie there and watch it - it only tends to stay for a minute or so.

Recently this has taken on more of a human form and I have woken up staring at what appears to be a man standing in front of me - I will stare until it vanishes. Again, I don't feel scared by this. The most recent occasion I woke up suddenly as I felt like something had touched my hand - kind of dropping it onto the bed. This was the time that I saw a figure for the longest and when it had the most human like form. I am torn between the idea that these experiences are due to an overactive imagination or that it is something more spiritual.

I sometimes have premonitions which come in the form of casual thoughts that often come true. I'm not saying this is related but I do wonder if I am able to tune into this kind of thing.

I would love for anyone who has had a similar experience to share it with me - or anyone who has any knowledge about this kind of experience to help me.

Many thanks.

Oxyman - do you find that the shadows come from the same part of the room each time? When I see these floating forms they always seem to come from the same direction and move over my head. I find it odd that I always seem to wake up and watch it float over me.
I would also like to know if anyone has experienced the feeling of something touching them?

me too, and recently I have seen what looks like a black shadow in the same 2 spots a few times and it disapeared as I looked at it.
I now avoid these2 spots and don't make eye contact, the feeling was not scary or harmful.

😁 This happens to me, too.
All the time! Except for the part about the apparitons. Only the thoughts that come true. 😁

they (ghosts) can make any form out of it. Anything they concentrate on. Even just a part of a body, like a hand

I will try that. Usually I spend the minute it/he is there just staring - trying to get my head around what I am seeing. The fact that it doesn't disappear straight away makes me feel sure it is more than just my imagination/a hallucination. Thanks for the comments!

A human form you say? This is interesting. You should ask them what they want from you.

My initial thought about the human form is that it could be extraterrestrial - but that doesn't mean I'm correct.
It could be the spirit taking on an actual human form rather than being a light

Thanks - I will look that up. Any advice on the human form? Do you think this is a visit from one ghost or more than one?

The white thing is ectoplasm, which is released from some bodies,
And ghosts use it to take form.

The key word you should search informations about is "ectoplasm" or "ectoplasma"
