Strange Predictions?

I have been having strange dreams for about two years now. First let me start by telling you about my first dream. My nana who is dead and my grandpa who is also dead came to me in a dream. He was wearing a tuxedo and she was wearing a bride's maid dress. They had just stepped out of a black limo. My grandmother who was still alive at the time of this dream, was also in the dream with my other grand parents. She was wearing a wedding dress. My nana said to me that they would take care of my grandma, and that's all I can recall from that dream. A few weeks later my grandma got sick and had to be hospitalized and she passed away. My next dream was about my nana coming to me telling me that my dad was going to die. She came to me in two separate dreams over the course of a few weeks. One night I had a horrible feeling that someone died. I tried contacting all of my family members to see if everyone was okay but I couldn't get in touch with my dad. The next morning I was told he had died. The next prediction of death that occurred was me blurting out to my step sister if she would be upset if her father died. I have no idea why I asked her this but a week later he died. I will also have dreams where I see someone that I haven't seen in a long time and the next day I will see that person. I have no idea what these dreams mean. I don't know how to control them. I need advice. Can anyone help me? Oh, also. I've had dreams where my dad will come to me and tell me he loves me but no one else in the dream can see him. I have many dreams where the person who I am dreaming about is dead and they know that their dead but I am the only one who can see them. Sometimes they will tell me things that I can't remember when I wake up.
