Sabour

When I was a little girl, I used to have dreams that would end up happening, but it was usually small things like conversations I would have or places I would go. When I was about 12 or 13, My family had this dog named Sabour. He was half rottweiler and half lab, black, beautiful, and very strong. My family never had the energy to take care of him, so I spent a lot of time with Sabour. I loved him very much. We had him for about 3 years I believe. He was a very strong dog and we kept him in our back yard on a chain. He would break these chains a lot. My grandmother lived right next to us, and Sabour was never allowed in her house. One night I had a dream that Sabour had broken from his chain and went to my grandmother's house. In between my grandmother's house and my house is a driveway where my dad would park his car. Sabour was on his way over to my house when a car drove by. I didn't see Sabour, he was on the other side of my dad's car, but I knew he was dead. I woke up from this dream at around 1:20ish a.m. I figured it was just a bad dream and went back to sleep. In the morning, we noticed that Sabour was missing from his chain, and I knew that he had died and was beside the car. I told my mom and dad about the dream, and my dad went to go check. Sabour was dead. My grandmother had mentioned that Sabour had showed up early that morning, but she wouldn't let him in the house. I wonder sometimes if I had that dream because it had just happened and Sabour and I had a connection, or if it was a warning and I could have gone outside and prevented it all from happening.

Yeah, I actually can relate to what you are saying, as I once had this cat. The cat pretty much was part of me. It knew what I was thinking before I thought it. One day, I dreamed that he was walking and suddenly someone grabbed him and ran away. I ran outside just in time to see someone in the distance. I was 7 at the time, so I didn't chase after him. I always tell myself that I could've saved my cat, but I know I couldn't have.
Bishop absentmindedly takes a rook as a single tear drops from his eye. 😭

I believe we all hold the key to open telepathic door the most amazing part of this is that we can communicate with people and animals. I bet you can think of a few instances when your telepathy and intuition impacted you in some way. Sabour, may have wanted you know that something happened and that he is ok. You see when we are young we are taught the importance of verbal communication and our telepathy gets pushed aside. Once we reclaim this ability, dust it off and begin to use it again, we find how incredible it really is. The more we use it the better it becomes.

I've had at least 2 animal connections with my pets. I haven't been able to sense when they are hurt but what I have sensed is when they died. My stories "Animal Bond" and "Animal Bond or Something Else?" both have to deal with the connections that I felt. You can check them out and ask me any questions that I might be able to answer. My e-mail is on my profile or you can just comment on this or on my stories, whichever.
