My Dreams Are Real And I Don't Know What To Do

It started when I was about 7 years old, I was at my Nan's house in the guest bed when I saw this old lady sitting on the fence outside, and I could tell she didn't look happy, so I yelled for my mum and she came in and I kept saying I don't like the look of the lady outside, but they didn't see her, ever since then, almost every night I have these dreams that feel so real, but then a couple of days later it was happening, like what I saw in my dreams would happen in reality, now I'm 17 and I'm still having these dreams almost every night, and when I was about 14 I went to see a psychic person, from the moment I walked in there, he said " young boy I feel a presence from you that I have never felt before" then I sat down and he tried to read my hand, but he didn't get anything from it, and to me it looked like he was in shock but he didn't say why, but to me it wasn't that he couldn't read my hand it looked like it was something else but he didn't say why. Has this ever happened to anyone else, please let me hear your stories, so I know I'm not the only one that has dreams and has seen people that have passed away, please help, because I want to learn a lot more about it, I will be waiting to hear from you's.
