Is It Possible I Made Contact?

I had been trying to further develop my Telepathy skills and also do some remote influencing. I purchased an audio recording from the Unexplainable Store which is supposed to help condition your brain to the right conditions or whatever. After using it so many times, you're supposed to be able to do it on your own. I wasn't sure what to do with the recording exactly, as far as how to listen to it goes. So I emailed the owner. He didn't get back to me right away so I laid down, closed my eyes and turned on the recording anyway. During the entire time, I pictured the person I wanted to send messages to, and said these messages mentally over and over again. I pictured the messages entering his third eye. This went on for the entire thirty minutes. After the recording stopped, I opened my eyes and felt funny. I would describe it as feeling light headed. I also had a headache. It wasn't extremely painful, but very noticeable. The headache stayed for about 30-45 minutes. But when I went to bed a couple hours later, I couldn't get to sleep at first. I felt extremely weird. It's unlike anything I've never felt before in my life. It was like I was overwhelmed in my head and I felt like I was going to lose it. I had thought I was never going to get to sleep. Is it possible I made contact with my intended target?
