Is This Just My Imagination? Or A Surreal Nigtmare?

Really weird things have been happening lately and I can barely explain it but please bear with me. It was Sunday 1 a.m. When I decided to sleep. I was extremely tired and hot. I don't know if you would call this dreaming or not but I was, I guess sleeping with my eyes open. I felt my body fall into a dream but I was also aware of what was going on inside the house in the hall. Somehow I wasn't aware anymore, if that makes any sense at all. I "dreamt" I was in my room staring at my New Moon posters and all of a sudden my face felt as if it was turning to stone. I opened my mouth to scream because of the pain but my jaw locked and I could not make a sound. I looked at my bedroom door and I saw a dark figure. I was paralyzed with fear. My door slowly opened. I saw a glimpse of blue light and smoke, and then the door stopped. I woke "up" in the same position on my bed as I was in the "dream" and the pain I felt was excruciating. My mouth was open and I felt myself scream, but no sound. This has happened before and it seems my dreams become more and more lifelike.

I normally dream about mythical creatures and doing magic, but lately I have had dreams that imitate real life that only takes place in my house. In my dreams I guess it's safe to call them that, my house is portrayed exactly like it is in reality. My family reacts in the exact same way as every day. It only happens when I am very tired, I can close my eyes for a few seconds and it's like I am conscious and unconscious at the same time. I have trouble telling my dreams apart from actually life. Every time this happens I wake up feeling weird, energy-drained, and weak. I have no balance; can anyone explain to me what is going on? Sometimes I wonder if I just simply imagined all of this, if so than I have a heck of an imagination, eh?

Hi rosemarie,

No you don't have to be able to see them, just bring your awareness to each chakra, beginning with your ground chakra and working your way up to the crown chakra. It helps me if I visualise each chakra as a coloured flower, eg. The ground chakra is red, the sacral chakra orange, the solar plexis yellow... You get the idea. I visualise each flower closing, one by one. That seems to help me.

(At Adaryn7) Do I have to see my chakras, in order to close them. If the answer is yes then, it could be a while. Any helpful suggestions?

If you feel weak afterwards, then perhaps you are being drained of energy and thus the explannation may be spiritual. I'm not an expert on sleep paralysis, but that would be my guess.

A psychic told me to close down my chakras every night before bed by picturing them closing like flowers. You can also meditate upon the white light to shield yourself. Try these techniques every night and see if they help.

All the best

Thanks to both. Sleep paralysis is probably what it is, although none of the sites mentioned why I feel weak when the episode is over and Emma your suggestion is probably helpful. I have been seeing shadows around my room lately and I didn't know what to do. So thank you both. Again.

Blessed be ❤

This sounds like sleep paralysis--you can look it up online. Some people think it has a spiritual cause, while mainstream science, of course, has other theories. Either way, you might find help from both sides.

Blessings

I'm no expert here, but just make sure you don't have any mirrors in front of your bed. And maybe just do a cleansing on your house? Burn sage or something and imagine bright white, good energy flowing through your house, washing out all the bad energy.
