Not A Nightmare - The Astral Projection

Two years ago, when I was involved in some spell crafts, I always hated to sleep. Even day or night. Anytime and anywhere I sleep, even in the classroom, bathroom, and even inside the car or on the sofa, I always having this kind of nightmare. Nightmare that you won't actually want to sleep every night.

It's so strange that in the middle of your dream, something will hold you and pull you out of your dream and going to wake you up but when you thought you've woken up, there's something's not right that's going on. You can't move any part of your body, you can't even speak and shout. Nothing but a gasp. And eventually, you will feel that you're losing your breath as if someone was choking you. And the only things that you can see on half-way open eye is something unknown, someone comes from within, someone you don't know, that looking at you, strangely, crazily laughing, and then, furiously going to scratch you, slap you, punch you that you couldn't do anything but to frighten up on you situation. And you really woke up, you'll feel the Goosebumps and the vibration that only on dreams you could felt.

This are just some situation that I was experiencing on some nights. Before I knew this was not just a nightmare, I'd watch the movie "Insidious" (it's a great movie watch it so scary!) when I finally realize that the situation that was involving is not just a simple nightmare, but a same situation on the movie. So I'd search it out get a positive result. It's not a nightmare but an ability. It is called Astral projection.

Astral projection (base on what I'd understand) is the ability of your astral body to leave your physical body. In some point of lack of movement is called the sleep paralysis or waking paralysis. The astral body can't get out of the body. And the entities, it's not being mentioned on the articles. But this ability were said being used by the people on the older times and witches to see their gods and goddesses. It was also being use to see the old civilizations and some old times. Vibration are cause of aligning of the astral body to the physical body.

So if someone experiencing the same things, don't be afraid just stay calm always, and you want to wake up, wiggle you big toe, move it frequently until you could feel your legs, then fully force to kick! And that's how you'll get out of it.

Thanks for reading...

This had happen to me as well is nothing scary is fun when I leave my body I actually go to a quit peacful place I go there because I used to take care of a baby that just turn one year old he past away because a car run over him I was really attached to that baby he is a cutie when I leave my body I go to that place and see him everytime I see him he just smile and when he smile I feel a relief that he is safe that he is happy where he at. Is really fun leaving your body but you can't do it all the time. My boyfriend had a friend and she used to do it all the time that she go to sleep she say she felt free and calm my boyfriend told her she need to stop doing it all the time she didn't listen and she past away and the doctor couldn't find no reason how she die she was healthy didn't had no disease when my boyfriend saw her in his dream she told him why she past away she say because she felt free and didn't felt going back to her body so be careful when you leave your body. 😁

I've been through that or had dreams like that though most of the time this happens I end up in some religious conflict. One was with the sounds of children and banging at my room door in which I woke up saying the Lord's prayer another is usually seeing one of my great aunts, who was a voodoo priestess, and she leads me away from my sleeping body to show me things I don't notice while I'm awake. 😕

Nice.I've tried astral projection without planning it, I just suddenly became conscious but couldn't move and experience that thing called sleep paralysis... Seems normal when I experienced getting out of my body, because I can actually feel everything like I am awake... And yes you get to have that vibrating tingling feeling, and you're conscious but you cannot move. I read feeling that is the first step on doing astral projection. It seems true for me that's what I always feel everytime I do it, although I haven't mastered it yet, it feels tiring after doing it... I think some people can do it without trying hard to get out of their body... I really want to do it again and go to akashic records haha 😁
Someone I know told me that when people astral project they can also call for help to their spirit guides/guardian angel...
And yes that Insidious movie is scary, when astral projecting we are prone to psychic attacks or psychic ambush too...

this has happened to me lots of times and the last time wasn't nice at all even though I were in my bed it felt like I were being thrown from oneside of the room to the other and everytime I tried to stand up I couldn't my doctor described it as panic attacks and that it were simply because my brain had woken up and hadnt sent the signals to the rest of my body. I have always felt as if someones with me all the time and the last couple of years other things have been happenning the most recent is I have a constant buzzing sound in my ears I have heard people talking to me and have seen outlines of shapes of people the one in front were a brilliant sparkling gold and behind were several others that were a glowing silverery grey I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me and even though I were little bit scared I felt completley safe.

Hello,
Great advice for all to wiggle the toe to get out of that situation. You are astral projecting. And, yes you are being attacked by an evil entity. But, you have learned how to fight back. Evil entities will attack you when you are outside of your body. So, you can continue to travel because the entity now knows that you are not one to bother. I too went throgh this and triumphed. So, I know why it was difficult to sleep too.

I just watched Insidious too. It was good, but I have problems with the fact that they try to convince you that demons will trap you outside your body. I haven't read of that ever happpening, but I was happy that a scary movie touched the subject of astral traveling. I think you should check out Anne's other website www.astral-voyage.com which is all about that topic. Remember, Insidious is just a movie, its not real. I think you should try to pursue the astral traveling if possible.
