Seeing Little Bright Lights

It's good to know I'm not the only one. I started seeing those lights about 2 years ago, and now that I'm writing about this I notice that it was around that time that I started meditating and doing an inverted Asana, which is a yoga position. Before I only used to see points of light, blue and white. But then in 2016 I began to work as a teacher, and maybe because of the constant contact with people I developed some telephatic abilities, seing lights coming out from people or feeling what others were emanating, like sadness or happiness. The most amazing thing was to see higher columns of light descending from the sky. All of that was ok, except for being drive by other people's emotions, which was very tiring emotionally. And one of the things that could disturb me was that sometimes while in a class full of students, some of them, after looking to their eyes, I would hear an incredibly loud sound. I don't know if they could notice I was hearing that by my reaction. Now I'm not giving classes, but the lights, oh boy, always increasing. One day in about 2 hours I must have seen more than 300 hundred dots of light.
But anyway, I think everyone has this ability, I am just curious about what's next?

First you are fortunate to never have had a migraine, matter of fact I had a big one all day into about 30 minutes ago, I sure do wish I and a friend were like you in the fact of not suffering any migraines, geez that would be such a good thing.
The no diet, stress reflection that you made is interesting because most spiritual teachings say diet/stress levels are impt. So perhaps your eating/diet is already sufficient for what you need to be. Perhaps your cones/etc in your eyes are really developed well enuf to see such things, I know your post is from 2007 but still it is significantly good of a reading, thank you for posting.

Just wanted to post this comment as it's something I was searching an answer to after some 3rd eye activations. Rudolph Steiner is a brilliant guy, with some abilities of his own, who wrote many books, one called higher knowledge and how to attain, which explains this perfectly. It's ridding you of fear one day for the big white light, ignoring the little lesser energy lights will help, something to do with the guardian of the threshold in the spiritual world, fear not friends... I read the part about where you said listening to christian music, and for some reason, I find it funny because receintly I feel like I have come closer to God and I've been praying more and trying to do the right thing and I feel like in this past month I have seen these flashes more and more. At first I really didn't think much of them but I see them everyday now, and more than once a day too. And not even really knowing what they are I like to think that it is something from God watching over me. Anyways if you do read this comment, thank you for your post. I hope I can continue seeing these little flashes (and hopefully its nothing serious with my eyes that I should get checked out).

Moe1Star I just wanted to tell you first of all I believe you. Second there is no such thing a coincidence. Third if your interested in this Gift you need to give it attention and Pay attention. Yes it does seem like we see things out of the corner of our eyes all the time. We usually are seeing something. When that happens that's when it's time to start really paying attention. Our problem is though we stare so hard trying to see something we don't see anything at all or just still out of the corner of our eye stuff. So Rule #1 Don't stare. Just kind of gaze about the room with your eyes relaxed looking around slowly but not too slowly and just kind of do the perimeter check with your eyes. Make sure your Completley Open but relaxed. You could & will eventually notice a bright ball of light. I say "will" cause half the problem is your attitude it needs to be positive or you won't get anywhere but as long as it is your abilities are endless. So now your seeing these bright balls of light buzzing all over the room and if your still not there is one other thing that has really helped me. I was given the gift to see them so I didn't need help but I did notice that if I was playing Christian Music or singing "their" (Orbs/Balls of light/Angels) activity picks up even more stronger & Faster. So if you haven't seen anything yet try the music or just singing the words "Holy, Holy, Holy I want To see You!" I know that sounds crazy but keep repeating those words and have Faith, BELIVE, That you are going to see them and you will. Those words are words from a song "Open The Eyes Of My Heart By Micheal Smith" Beautiful song! Anyway Check that out and let me know how it works out for you. If you still have issues seeing them it might not be the right time yet. Also about the smells that is definatley a sign from people who have passed. They send us msgs all the time and so many times we just brush it off as coincidence for fear of being judged or looking foolish. Also you may just be recieving the smells right now and not much of anything else because God doesn't think your ready. If you seem to be freaked out or scared then God's not going to take it to the next step. However that's a huge reason why lots of people don't believe in this stuff either. "FEAR" Fear of the unknown. As long as you have God in your Heart you really have nothing to fear. I don't doubt any of it cause I've seen it for myself 1st hand and have been experiencing it since I was young in some sense. Don't pass your experiences off as coincidence and take a chance to grasp this oppurtunity to strengthen your mind body and soul. Take Care & God Bless.

I understand street lights but I live in the country and there is not a street light around until you get into town, and that is a good 45min. Drive away. My friends don't play any instruments it's not that they are musicians we just rock out to music and sometimes none will be playing. I'm just wondering if the lights have something to do with my friend cause they happen more often with him around. And it most defiantly is not weed trust me I know the smell of weed, and I will not be smoking any in my house when I smell these things, I actually do not smoke in my house. I am the only one who lives in my house as well.

Moestar1, the new friends that play music? Hate to burst your bubble on that one but what you describe is actually a pretty good description of how musicians are with one another, especially if they've been playing together for a while. I would watch my brother and his band play for hours and one thing about how they communicate has to do with the flow of the music and the chord changes. All have been practiced and set, so to speak. Musicians are all about the timing, that's why they seem to have their own language. When playing together it's pretty much a sin to screw up the timing and they would tell you it's worse. They stay tight, if there's an unrehearsed change coming up, one will nod or turn toward the others and make eye contact, that's all. If you watch them when it's not an actual 'practice' but a jam session where they play whatever comes into their heads, it's even more interesting. They still follow whoever happens to take the lead, however, this is when you get to see their reactions to sudden chord and tempo changes. Maybe it's just a smile or laugh, maybe a nod at whoever caused it, whatever. It's quite fascinating but definetly normal. The smell, maybe it's weed? (LOL) I don't know about the smell, sorry. The lights? Now there is a phenonmenon that I experience myself all the time. Usually while driving, always at night, it has to do with the street lights. As I'm driving along they will start turning either off or on, depending on the light, as I get nearer, then after I go past it will return to it's prior setting. Someone actually named this but I can't remember just off the top of my head what it's called. I'm sorry I couldn't help more, but I will do some research and see if there's anything out there worth bringing back.

dcinaz thanks for the advice... But I just got my eyes checked by my doctor and I told him about the light. He told me that my contacts where right and he could not tell me why this happened this one time while I was driving. The light happens more offten when one perticular friend is riding with me? Could it have something to do with my friend? I also got a physical just two weeks ago and I am healthy as a horse! I'm not sure where the random smell is coming from, and why I would smell this smell because my sinces are hightened. I say this because It's not an ordanary smell as well It's not like something I can explain. It's like rotten but with a hint of sweet but not sweet really. I really have trouble explaining it it's a tottal diferant smell than what I have ever smelled it's not appaling but the way it smells it should be? I can smell this randomly at moments where ever I am at but it happens when I'm alone mostly. I can be in my car, basement, room, a friends house. At first I was appald because I thought maybe it's me! I would take a shower or scrub my house where ever I smelt it, but I am for certain now it is not me or anything in my house. I just don't know at first I thought maybe it's because I am thinking about it. Yet I tottaly had forgotten the smell was in a rush into my computer work and started to smell it agian. Then about a minute later it went away and I didn't smell it the rest of the night. The light I saw while I was driving it just dosn't make since my eyes are fine and I know I am perfectly sain. I mean I hit the brakes as a reaction to seeing it infront my car. I think I said rolled in the first letter I wrote maybe I explained wrong. It was like a bird swooping infront the bottom of my car I guess I said rolled because I am positive it was like a ball of light and well balls roll not swoop so. I just don't know what this could mean, and I am one of those people who like to be critical and explain things logicaly, but I just can not think of how to explain these things, and I can not stand not to have answers for random weird things like this!

[Moe1star], The first thing you should do before going any further is to get checked out by your physician. I only say this because the phantom smell and the beams of light need to be eliminated as symptoms of any medical condition. This is a normal starting point when your sense of smell is enhanced and the smell is always the same. Make sure your doctor knows about the lights too. Once you've eliminated any possible medical conditions your half way home. Another good thing to do is keep a journal for any paranormal type events that occur, this you will find to be one of the most important tools you have. Also, in your journal entries make note of the moon phase and weather conditions for that day. I'd give this same advice to anyone who feels they are experiencing phenomena, if everyone did this I believe we would know much more about the paranormal than we do now. Plus, someday it could make really good book to share with others. 😊

Hey so I signed up because of this article... I was driving the other day and clearly saw a beam of light roll in front of my car. I don't mean like a flash light I mean like a ball of freaken light. I know what I saw and it was very clear so clear I hit the brakes almost like an animal rolled infront of me, but it was a beam of light. Now this did not only happen once. I have also been seeing random lights and even shadows while I will be walking in my basement. I know nothing about the psychic "stuff" I guess, but I don't know how to explain what I see, and I know I am seeing this perfectly clear. Oh I have also been randomly smelling weird smells for a minute or two then it will be gone, and I shower daily and my house is very clean so idk. This all started when I started hanging out with a new groop of friends as well. It is like they talk to each other through music and simple movements it sometimes is as if they can read each others minds. Now I know of people talking through simple gestures and such yes but not like how they do. I just do not know oh and when ever I smell that smell and it's the same smell every time I feel as if something is watching me and is mad or dosen't aprove of what I am doing. Like right now I can smell it and I garentee when I move on to do something else it will go away. Is it posible all the old fairy tails where true? I don't know where else to turn I am so confused ideas any1?

I have been seeing these images since I was younger they don't have a particular shape they come in different designs (I guess you can call it) they look like a bunch of little dots that form these designs they are really beautiful and for whatever reason I don't ever remember being scared of what I've seen. I've noticed that when I spend more time with God I would see them more often, but I only see them at night after I wake out of my sleep in the middle of the night. I wake up in the middle of the night pretty often but I don't see the lights everytime. Some times I would wake up at 3:33 on the dot not all the time but its one the times that stood out to me. For whatever reason when I would see the time I would automatically think of The father son and the holy spirit I guess because of the number 3. All I can say is that I'm gald I have found someone I can relate to.

Hi there I've had this same experience also. I used to see spirit lights too, but not recently. They were white, yellow, blue, and sometimes kind of reddish. And I think they are amazing. 😊

I'm so Happy I found this blog. I've been having this experience for about 2yrs. It happened in march of 2008. I was on my porch and I saw this stream of light going back and forth across the trees like a flash light then it got faster. All of a sudden it started comming closer I went in got my mom and asked her what she saw? Nothin she said! Then Rods started comming from the sky and crashing on the ground bending where they hit and this AMAZING LIGHT SHOW BEGAN! It went on for about a half hr. I was very deep into my religios beliefs at this time even not given in to my sexual desires. So when it was all done I was baffled! What a Gift to see such BEAUTY! I went in and drew a pic of it and wrote My Beautiful light show on top and the date. Then the next night I went out cause at the time I was staying with my mom and the one bad habit I still had was smoking. So I went out to smoke and I saw these white like pin lights flying all around. They started going around me real fast like when you look down at the pavement when your driving that blurry fast look. It was like a protected force feild around me I never felt so safe! Then I also saw a green ball of light that just zoomed around. I sat out there for what seemed like hours watching. This went on for days. Finally one night when I went in so did the light. I started seeing it in the house. I play christian music in the house and when I do you should see the action that goes on with these lights. I wanted to know why I was seeing them I was nervous I knew something wasn't right. I was the only one and I knew people would think I was crazy if I started talking about it. So I prayed on it I asked God to reveal to me what they were. The next a.m. I woke up with Corinthians 12 in my head. I'm very spiritual and love the Lord but I can't really get into reading the bible cause there's to many thou's and Art's it's confusing, So I didn't even know there was a Corinthian's I looked it up and it's your spritual Gift! I felt MUCH BETTER! When I would play my christain music the balls of lights would get really active and the one green ball would zoom all over. So I would actually stand in my dining rm and under my hanging light above the kitchen table. I could actually take my hand and stir it around and around in circles and I would stir that green light into my hands. I could actually touch it! This is all true from my heart. Also I saw what people look like when there invisible in movies that blurry look! I seen that once. I saw a whole body standing by my mom's car but I stopped quick, struck with fear so now I just see blotches about 3 ft worth. I believe it to be spirits I see etheric energy on doorways people I can even watch my hands trail that happened a lot when this first happened and I was really spiritual. I wanted to know more so I prayed for more answrs again. Then my mom told me that Elizabeth Foley a Angelologist was going to be at Barnes and Noble. I went and saw her and she also verified that these lights were Angels!:) I see these lights every day. If your scared all you have to do is say where are you my angels? You know I just started seeing little streaks of lights my self they seem to be about 1/32 of an inch maybe a little smaller and they are whiteish to a light blueish and the move in one direction but never in straight line I hope that makes sense the only way I can discribe it. It started about two or three years ago. It only happens when I exert my self like when I hold my breath for a second or two while I'm lifting something and once I take a breath I see these lights and it's not all the time I may go a month be I see them again. I thought maybe it was physical thing with my body but like I said it does happen all the time when I do something like that. Also I was only seeing about 5 to 7 streaks of light for about 2 to 3 seconds then they would be gone but yesterday on 07/23/10. I seen them all around me like there was 30 to 40 or maybe more of them and for a longer period of time maybe 5 to 10 seconds. I still don't know what they are and I thought maybe I was losing it and going crazy but I'm thinking it's a gift or something now that I have read other peoples comments about seeing the same thing. One more thing I some times see darker shades of these streaks also they are greenish sort of.

I have been seeing lights since I was a kid. It took me 20 years to figure out what they were. I took a beginner's course in Pranic healing last year. Part of it was to train to see prana (light/life force). The lights you see in the sky and around people is the energy around them. It's actually millions of little lights darting about. It takes some time to train your self to see it. Every living thing... The ground, the earth, plants, rocks, you... Is made up of this.

I would never have known if my guru hadn't shown it to me!

I have been seeing lights at night for a while. I usually see red or blue/white pin point lights on the ceiling before going to bed, and flashes of light out of the corners of my eyes. We used to only have blinds in the bedroom, but the room would get visibly brighter, as if the street light was stronger. Sometimes it appeared as if there was a flashlight on the windows, sometime a weak flat green or red laser like they have in clubs.

I have seen this every night for at least a year.
Anyone have this experience?

Hi I'm new to this web page, but I myself have seen these bright lights at first I thought their was something wrong with me and my eyes... I believe in spirits and everything just because of my past experiences. Anyways I have been seeing these lights for as long as I can remember they tend to appear just about anywhere and each time they appear I always get scared because something bad always happens wether its a quarrel between my boyfriend and i, and arguement between me and my mom or anything bad in general. Just not too long ago I was watching tv and this bright blue light appeared and almost the following day my boyfriend and I started arguing... Another time before when I was about 13 or 14 I used to be able to tell when their was going to be an arguement between my parents and sometimes I could tell how severe it would be by the brightness of the light (weird huh) and it would always happen the following day or maybe a couple of days later they would argue... I never really payed attention to it until I started getting older I started to fear them because something always bad happens... Can anyone tell me what these light are or mean? Am I able to talk to them? Are they orbs? Spirits? I'm so confused? PLEASE HELP! 😨

I also see lights around people. To me it's as if the lights are people's thoughts - I don't know what people are thinking but I can see what part of their body the lights comes out of e.g the back/top/sides of their head, sometimes people's hearts light up. The light is usually white but it can be black which I think represents negativity of some kind. Once I saw pale blue, which could be a very calming and clear thought. The problem is no one around me sees it, which can be worrying.

My Friend and I also had a similar experience just the other night - and that's why I'm on here investigating. Hester's comments really shocked me and made it as though I felt I needed to share my/our story.

Late one night, my good friend of many years stopped by some time shortly after midnight. I had been watching a film called the Freedom Movie - which is a very good flick about the state of our planet (recomended for everyone). I felt so moved by some of the things that I watched that I was obliged to share and discuss what I had seen with my friend.

After talking for a good hour we went outside to have a cigarette. After a couple of minutes I felt a strong urge to look downwards... The strange thing about this is that my friend somehow also had this urge because he moved his head 90 degrees to look at the same thing. And there for about half of a second was a very strange small blue light - almost like a very small bright LED but very white/light blue in color. It appeared about 10ft away on the reflection on my car and vanished in thin air. I quickly asked my friend if he just turned his head and saw a strange blue light and he said yes. I live in a rural area about 15 minutes from the closest town and niether of us could come up for a logical explanation for the light. We we're both pretty freaked out.

This light seemed to have some sort of presence - as if it wanted us to see a it, or if our conversation had somehow made us view the world differently and somehow reveal a connection to something we never knew was there. But I definately feel that this strange occurance was directly linked to the conversation that we had.

Hm the lights I see are tiny and they are something like a "spider-sense" I know it sounds funny and preposterous (excuse my english) I saw them only 3 times and after the first I broke my arm, the second I broke my leg and the third I avoid any injury because I succeded in preventing it. So that's why I gave them this name. Strangly I feel protected by them

On halloween was actually the worst.
And then I ended up actually seeing a strange light after it... That was actually there.
And before that I had a feeling something was following us.
And sometimes, I actually see like, strange lights that are there and it's so scary.
Does anyone have that, or am I just crazy? Lol.

i started seeing lights everywere about a year and half ago. Its energy as far as I can tell. But I see orbs too you can defiantly tell the difference. I think its to do with human beings becoming more aware of what's really there.

Hey, I've been seeing lights since I was about 11/12 and I was so scared of them at first. I usually only see them on the tile in the shower, but I have seen them on people (most powerfully when something traumatic has occurred) or on my bed etc. I believe they are faeries/protective spirits. I was told by a psychic and also by a friend that I should try and talk to them. I did that when I was 12 and I had 2 main ones, Jack and Priscilla. Jack was more dominant though. I still talk to them, just not as much. They have taught me to get premonitions, but I'm still trying to learn. They are also trying to teach me to see auras and heal. My premonitions are not like major catastrophes, just little stuff. And some of the stuff that I've predicted I won't find out for a while, but I will hold it close to my heart until then.

Yes, I'm 39 now and have been seeing spirits, orbs and vertical "rods" of light as far back as I can remember. The orbs have been several different sizes, and most of the time white. I have however seen one colered Amythest and just last week saw several red ones for the first time.

my kids like to sleep in my bed (they are 8 and 5) and one night my youngest said "how did those stars get on the ceiling?" I looked up and saw nothing. My oldest started seeing it to. One night my little one said " look the stars are back" and I looked up and I figured they were like some kind of glow in the dark stuff left by the previous tenants and I told them that it was probabaly because we had just turned out the lights. Well now I notice that it happens sometimes and has nothing to do with the lights being on or off for a while prior to seeing them. Weird

I go through seeing orbs and lights all the time. There even in pictures its just amazing I guess. I have seen spirits and orbs altogether there spirits! Don't be scared I scare myself sometimes which annoys me. Like when a spirit shows up your scared because they come unexpected but your calm and glad they showed you themselves. I wear contact lenses when I used to see lights and spirits I used to take them out and still see them. Even they showed up on my mobile pictures. 😊

I was standing outside at work yesterday talking to a friend of mine, I had an itch on my right shoulder that was kind of irritating so I pulled the collar of my t-shirt down a little to see if there was a mark. When I lifted my head back up I saw dozens of flashing lights that looked like small dashes only about ___ that big that flashed and disappeared. This went on for a good 20 seconds even while I was commenting on it to my buddy. I closed and rubbed my eyes and when I opened them again the phenomenon was completely gone... Is this common to anyone else. I have often thought I was sensitive/psychic and I'm wondering if this is related or if I should get my eyes checked.

I see lights too. They are usually bright white lights, that I'll see flash for a second and then they are gone. I believe its my guardian angels or spirit guides that do that for me to let me know they're around. Usually when I see them its in my bedroom. I get up early in the morning to exercise and the room is dark, except for the tv being on. There is no way these lights come from the tv because it doesn't reflect on anything in the room. Today I saw lights in a different way. Its kind of a dark day, its raining outside and I was in my kitchen getting my kids something to eat and the kitchen lights were on because its kind of dark. Anyway, as I walked from one spot to the next I saw this small light in front of my eyes like it was floating down. At first I thought it was my eyes, just reacting to the lighting conditions, so I blinked a few times and blew it off. Then it happened 3 more times. It would remind you of a feather floating down from the sky. I told my angels today I needed a lot of reassurance about something and then I get this experience of these lights. I've never seen them that way before. I have had my eyes checked recenlty so I know that's good. Just thought I'd share something new.

I have had an interesting experience with light. In an ordinary every day situation, in a room full of people, when speaking with a work colleague, a bright yellow light shot out from around my head area and simultaneously the same kind of light appeared from my colleague's head area - the lights zoomed together in a flash and I felt it around my ears and also heard a whooshing sound. In a moment it was all over and I looked around to see that everyone else was just going about their business completely unaware of it. For just a moment everything looked much clearer than normal around me, and then all returned to normal. I have never asked him whether he experienced this also, but I have had many other experiences surrounding this person and he appears to be extremely significant to me in a spiritual way. I have seen little pinpoints of light also.

I also see bright lights. They are strongest when I look at the blue sky, but I see them at all times of the day. To me they look like pen-marks, though. They flash and dance around. I can choose not to see them if I want. I've checked my eyes at Walmart; they are fine. I am enjoying the daily fireworks show, and I hope you do too. Get back to me if you'd like to.
