My name is Sarah and I'd like to share my psychic experience and hopefully gain some insight and grow spiritually. For a few years now I have been feeling a flow of an energy force from my hands, like a push and pull of an invisible force almost exactly like when you put two magnets together at the opposite ends and you feel that push they have against each other.
I sit alone in my room listening to music and relaxing and play with it, I move my hands together then apart without touching until I start to feel the energy pushing and pulling on my hands it also works if I put my hands close together and circle them over each other. Doing it also makes me feel good like when you get goosebumps but it runs up the length of my body quickly. So far all I have been able to do is push and pull the energy and even create what I think is semi-solid energy between my hands so that I can't push them together but this takes a lot of focus and if I get even slightly distracted it stops and I lose the whole energy connection and have to start over.
Lately I have been putting small coins between my hands and circling my hands over each other in different directions because, and I know this sounds pathetic, but I so want to see the coins move. At first nothing happened and I gave up a few times but eventually I was able to sort of feel the coin, as if it was in the palm of both my hands not just one I can feel it like I feel the energy of my hands like the outer edge of the coin is giving off energy just like my hands. Once I was able to do this I tried moving it using the energy but it's very difficult I'm not sure why it won't work I can feel the coins energy but I can't quite make it move. If anyone has been through a similar experience or has advice for me I would love to hear it thank you.
